    Racoon removal

    I had racoon babies in my attic. They were removed in a humane way. The person was very polite and professional.

    Squirrel eviction

    Joe from Gates came to our 100+ year old house quickly and assessed the work to be done, quoted and went to work. We had squirrels that had burrowed through wood in our soffit and made a home in the walls. Joe ensured there were no babies, made a one way trap door, then returned a couple days later to remove the door, seal up the access point and was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent work service and excellent customer service.

    Noises in the Attic

    Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. our 1957 ranch style Bungalow has noises in the Attic, scrapping, scratching ...what the heck is it? A call to AAA Gates Wildlife Control was to get this resolved. Courteous customer service explained their service, what they look at & do including the approximate cost. With a service call booked, Joel the technician arrived prompt, did the inspection, look around the building & on the roof, went up into the attic..reported back it had been a Raccoon, that was not present when he was here. Explained what he needed to do/be done, we went with his recommendation. Its been a week, no more noises, thanks Joel. Highly recommended.

    Would definitely recommend & use again

    We had a racoon that broke through our roof and into our attic. They sealed up the hole where the racoon had gotten in and installed a one-way door to allow the racoon to leave. Came back a few days later, confirmed that the racoon had exited via the door and removed the door and sealed that exit as well. Also gave us some pointers on some cleanup of branches we could do around the house to minimize access for the racoon in the future. Thrilled with the service and would definitely use them again if needed.

    Mama raccoon in shed.

    We had a raccoon in our shed and she appeared pregnant. Gates came out the same day I called and so we avoided having to remove babies. The technician was friendly and removed the raccoon quickly and humanely.

    Wildlife Removal

    I can't thank Nick enough for his patience and support with us and dealing with our situation (raccoons in our attic). When Nick first arrived, he spent time exploring both interior and exterior of our home, which also including going on the roof. He found the problem (where the raccoons found an opening) and was able to suggest ways to solve the issue at hand. The problem was solved within a day.

    Always great service but most importantly, humane

    I used Gates a few years back for raccoons and most recently, for squirrels that infiltrated by roof. They are always fast, friendly and reassuring. Most important for me is to know that the animals are treated humanely. Hopefully, I wont need them again in the future but if I do, Ill go to Gates.

    Removing racoons, squirrels

    Racoons entered our house roof soffit area during construction and laid her babies. We called AAA and Justin came. In one walk he confirmed that they have already left and provided a quote for protection and said they will come back in a few days. Justin installed the protection over 25 different potential entry points and after a week our camera captured the racoons trying to get back into the property and going back since they could not. It came with a one year warranty. 10 months later last week we heard some noise - recorded it and sent to AAA gates. they believed that it is a squirrel. Justin came and confirmed. sealed that area with one way gate and after a few days he confirmed that squirrel has left. we did not hear any noise after that. No questions asked - did all the work under warranty. They are experts and have very good experience in assessing the situation and doing what is required. Very professional.

    Third time's the charm?

    This is the third time we've called on Gates Wildlife Control to evict unwanted wildlife from our home. We're hoping it's the last. This time raccoon's had breached the soffit on our roof. While they didn't move in, a couple of squirrels did. We called Gates on a Tuesday and they were able to come out the next day. Brad is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He made sure secure all areas that raccoons may be able to access in the future thereby greatly reducing the chance of a recurrence. After 5 days, he returned to remove the cage installed to allow our unwanted guests to leave but not to return. He told us that the squirrels were gone and went about putting our soffit back in place and securing the area against future breaches. While my experience with Gates has been nothing but positive, I really hope not to see them again!
