Kerry and his team from Budget & Save Painters was hired to do an interior painting project for my company located in downtown Vancouver. They offered a service for Colour Consulting that really helped with our decisions. I was given a fair estimation, and Kerry provided a written outline (agreement) of the work to be performed. Kerry and his team were very professional; thorough; immaculate in their work; and did a beautiful job. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. I especially appreciated the attention to detail Kerry and his team showed, and they even worked throughout the evenings and weekend to get the job done on time. My staff really like the color choices that were selected, and I am very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend Budget & Save Painters. My father used this company some time ago and we decided to try them again as they did such a great job for my father. Of all the painting companies I called to provide estimates for a full interior painting job on our new home, a couple never showed up, a couple never followed up with a written estimate. One of the big painting companies even sent me an unsolicited estimate without ever coming out to my home, not sure what the story is behind that. Of the painting companies that did show up, only Kerry from Budget & Save Painters provided a full interior in person inspection and evaluation of our home. He also took pictures with his digital camera to show me the current condition of the walls and what it could look like via a detailed color design from his portable computer. A couple of days later, I received a clearly outlined estimate via email, which I accepted 2 days later after doing my due diligence. The before and after pictures on his website of past work were also helpful in my decision to go with Budget & Save Painters. Kerry's crew showed up early and stayed late the first day of work and for the next couple of days the customer service department called to keep me updated on the progression. Kerry's associate designer even stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned, she was very helpful with additional color choices. The finished work appears to have been done well. Budget & Save Painting were extremely professional, courteous and skillful. From beginning to the end it was a great experience, no hassles, no inconveniences. Kerry was easily accessible via text, phone and email and responded quickly whenever we had a question. We had an insurance claim and the entire process went smoothly. Budget & save Painting replaced parts of our siding on both our home and garage, including window caps. They primed and painted everything to new again. The result.....FANTASTIC! It looks like a new home, great quality products and quality workmanship. We constantly get compliments from our neighbors. Kerry's crew cleaned up nicely after everyday of work and worked extremely hard to get the job done in time.
