1. COLOUR DESIGN
Kerry and his team took their time to assist me with the colour selections for the exterior of the house, taking into account the style of my home, my preferences, and even the colours of my neighbours' homes. The result was a beautiful and updated look, with a balanced colour scheme that fit into the neighbourhood, while still being different enough to have its own character.
2. EXCELLENT WORK AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
The team showed true dedication to the quality of their work. They made sure that the house was properly and thoroughly power-washed, sanded, and repaired as required. This foundational work was crucial to the subsequent layers of paint that led to a beautiful finish. With each layer of paint, they worked with the unique quality of the house (such as the moisture in the wood and the amount of sunshine on different sides of the house) to ensure that their work would continue to look great with time.
3. RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The team (Lisa and Kelly) was respectful of my privacy and accommodated my work schedule, as well as the schedules of contractors that were also working on my house at the same time. Each individual was polite, considerate, hard-working, and reassuring. Their presence inside and outside of my house did not feel invasive, and I felt comfortable with them in and near my house throughout the duration of their work. They communicated their progress on a consistent and regular basis, and with respect.
Kerry (owner-operator) was exceptionally customer-focused. It was obvious that he wanted to make the client happy. He was always available when I called him for a work update and responsive to any concerns. He truly stepped up in helping resolve any issue, often working overtime and late into the evenings and weekends. I was always confident that Kerry would deliver what he said he would deliver. He is a great communicator and excellent service-provider.

I was very impressed with the work that Kerry and his team had done for my home. I highly recommend Kerry and his team. They represent exceptional customer service and excellent quality of work. I would definitely hire them back.
