    Furnace check-up and cleaning

    We've used Buttons services for years for annual maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning. We are always satisfied with their service and reliability. If we have any questions, they are always prompt to reply. Highly recommended.

    Great service & on time!

    We've been a client of Buttons since 2015. In 2017, they completed a full new furnace install and have come annually since to perform annual maintenance (required for the 10-yr warranty). They are always competitive on price, very professional and on time.

    Furnace installation & follow-up

    Kris, Kyle, and Devon were both friendly and professional. They worked efficiently, rolled out a carpet to protect mine during their comings and goings, and they cleaned up nicely. Kris explained everything both during the process and afterward. Absolutely top marks for the whole team. I recommend them highly. BTW The staff who book appointments are a pleasure to deal with: they're always friendly and responsive; e.g., they called the day before the work to confirm/remind. Much appreciated! Follow-up: When a few weeks later I had a question about the sound of the furnace as heard outside, the repairman (Brad, I believe) was very understanding and informative as he explained the differences to be expected with a newer, higher-efficiency furnace. I felt very well supported.

    Gas Line Repair

    Absolutely the best company hands down. All staff were very friendly, professional and thorough and took the time to answer my many questions, shout out to Penny, Jenna and Brendan, your guys are amazing. I highly recommend Buttons.

    Furnace check up

    This was first time using this company. I am so thankful for choosing them. When I called Penny answered the phone and she was so lovely that I got a great vibe from her. Spoke to Jenna day before and again friendly phone manners. Andrew phoned prior to showing up as asked and was here on time. OMGosh he was so very pleasant helpful I learned so much more about my heating system as he explained in detail. He walked me through good and bad but in the end he stayed extra half hour as something was not right but figured it out. He was fantastic patient and good humour. He wasn't rushing in and out. I will be using this company in future and hopefully he will be around for years and or I get him next year. He also added he worked for the best company ever it was a very close family environment. All about the customer and that's exactly how I felt. Thank you

    Furnace/AC/Fireplace annual check up

    Annual check up for furnace, AC and fireplace. Always a pleasure to deal with and they are very thorough. Our technician was on time and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend Buttons

    Gas line repair

    We have used Button's for many services over the years (A/C maintenance, heating maintenance, hot water heater repair and maintenance) and have always been happy with their service. Most recently, they fixed a leaking natural gas line to our barbeque, and returned to help us solve the mystery of reduced gas flow (spiders!). As always, Button's was responsive, professional and great to deal with, from Penny and Jenn in the office to technicians Brendan and Andrew. Thanks Buttons!
