    New Furnace and AC Units

    The installers were respectful, timely, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone to change or upgrade their furnace and or AC.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation

    Cannot say enough about this company. From the moment I received the estimate it was a very positive experience. The salesman was so professional. He provided me with different options and price points. explained the whole process and what to expect the day of the installation. The crew arrived promptly the day of. Laid down protection for the floors and got to work. The crew got to work efficiently, answered any questions I may have had and the whole install went like clockwork. Hard workers, professional and personable. When finished gave a run through of the work. Cleaned up and the furnace room floor and the others areas they had worked in were spotless. I was totally delighted by the choice of using Button's and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to family and friends. Family business and the pride in what they do and of the family name is very obvious. Thank you guys!!!! This is one very happy customer.

    Hot water tank

    Button"s supplied and installed a new electric water heater. They also removed and returned our rental unit to Enercare on our behalf. The workers were polite and left the site neat and tidy.

    Service call

    Had an issue with our furnace turning off intermittently even though the thermostat still showed heating mode. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of the questions we had and made recommendations based on our situation

    Heating repair

    Thermostat and heat stopped working on a very cold day.Buttons came out within a few hours. Although the problem couldn't be fixed during that visit, he got the heat going until the repair could be done. Buttons then promptly scheduled a follow up appointment. The 2 repairmen professionally and neatly replaced the problem old wiring and were very helpful in explaining the new thermostat. Have always been able to rely on this company when we need help.

    Excellent Furnace Repair

    Called Button's because I saw water collecting around our furnace. Very responsive - they set up a service call very quickly. Brendon came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (a clogged drain on the humidifier), and then checked all the other drains (including on the water heater as well), cleaned everything up, and did a safety check on the furnace. Brendon was great to deal with while he was here as well - and of course followed Covid protocols all the way too. As always, Button's was great to deal with!

    Furnace Maintenance

    Just had my annual furnace maintenance from Ryan and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable . He did a great job and explained a few tips to help with the efficiency of the heating system. We purchased our air conditioner and furnace from Buttons and they included 2 free furnace services, their customer service is fantastic.

    Furnace

    Amazing and very friendly. He did what he could to help a family fix there furnace. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. He went above and beyond. Thank you again

    Furnace maintenance

    We’ve trusted Button’s for years with our heating and air conditioning needs. The technicians are always great, and today was no exception. Ryan was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and extremely apologetic when he broke the sad news that our furnace was on its last legs. Nobody wants to hear that just before Christmas, right??? He reached out to the Sales department for me and I guess we’ll be looking forward to another visit from Button’s soon!
