I was in the market for a new a/c, furnace and hepa filter. I was introduced to Joe one day and we hit it off! He came over went through all the paperwork in detail, all the rebates gave me an estimate and we even had a few laughs! His team was on time, professional, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards too! Todd went over every little detail with me after the install on how everything functioned, and even the paperwork for the maintenance plan. Great company and very nice people, they even helped me out with my A/C at my rental property the same day I called. I can't say enough about the professionalism and especially the people who make the difference at Button's Heating!

We were faced with replacing our previous air conditioning system after only 5 years due to a hack installation job. As a result, before purchasing we spent quite a bit of time doing due diligence not only on the available a/c products but also the quality of the company itself that we would be purchasing through. Button's was the fifth company we contacted and from the first contact with Joe Button it was apparent that this was a premier service company. Joe Button was an absolute pleasure to deal with; he was thorough, knowledgeable and instilled a level of confidence in us that we had not found in the other quotes we had received. The install was done by Mike and Mario and from the moment they walked through the door it was obvious that this was going to be a breeze. They were terrific! From laying protective cover across the hardwood floors to explaining every step of the process, this install was effortless and top quality. A week after the install we are thrilled with the service, the install and the product we chose. Button's is Tier 1, if you need heating or a/c products or service, call Button's!

We had a new Trane high efficiency furnance, heat pump, condensate pump and thermostat installed. From Gord the Salesman to Mike Button and his crew, they did an excellent job. Gord always took the time to answer all of my questions or concerns and everything went very smoothly on the day of installation. Would recommend Button's Heating Inc. to everyone.

In this world of complicated equipment, my husband and I were not well educated. These guys came in to do the install and explained every step of the way. We have had contractors do work for us before, but the Button's crew are at the top of our list. Very thankful Goodman equipment and parts are not made in China!Fantastic Procuct Fantastic Crew. From my first call to Buttons to the finished installation I consider them to be a fantastic, family run company. Joe came to my house explained my options, gave a fair price and organised an installation date. His crew, headed by John, arrived on time and were very pleasant guys to deal with. They cleaned up when finished and John walked me through the new set-up. He also gave me the rebate forms for Enbridge and the next day I received rebate information for OPA by email. Joe's new ducting design has provided a lot more space in my laundry room. All in all I would highly recommend Buttons for their great work and professional friendly manner.

What can I say about Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning... other than exceptional. From Joe in Sales... to Mario and his crew... top notch, courteous, clean and professional. Originally recommended by several friends at work, I researched the company (including the reviews on this site) and then called for an estimate. Joe was professional, informative, and a delight to deal with. Mario and his crew were totally professional and clean. I was impressed by their work and the fact that they took the time to explain how my system worked and future maintenance tips. When making such a large expenditure, you want the best, and Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning is just that.

We had a new Goodman GMV95 furnace and SSX14 A/C together with a new condensate pump, a Honeywell True Steam humidifier and a Vision Pro thermostat. We had better quotations but we decided to go with Buttons based on neighbors recommendations and the fact they were local. However, Joe was very hard to bargain with and after negotiating a realistic price (based on other quotes) there were no other incentives offered (like one year free maintenance or free A/C cover) as a token of their appreciation for our business. The furnace and A/C installation was done professionally and with minimum disturbance to the house. The guys were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Little issue with the clean-up at the end but no big deal. However, humidifier and thermostat not provided at the time of installation; had to wait another week to arrive, and then they could not figure out how to install them properly and they had to come back next day as they needed a Honeywell rep's assistance. I know there is a first time for everything but there is also such a thing as training and with the prices they are asking there is no doubt they can afford it. Overall, a good experience and interesting to say the least. I have to mention the ladies in the office, Renee and Lidy who are always courteous and very helpful. I intend to use their annual maintenance package and I'll update this posting later with the equipment reliability and impressions about their service.

This week, a Button's team installed a Trane high efficiency gas furnace and air conditioning system complete with new air filter, humidifier, and thermostat in my home. The team did a very professional job in every way. I have no hesitancy in fully recommending Button's to others.

Steve came to the house and explained all of our options. Once he knew our budget he did everything he could to give us the best he could. We had another company come in and they could not beat his price. They said he gave us rock bottom prices. They will be installing the new furnace and AC in a few weeks.

Our furnace wasn't working it kept shutting off, and had to be reset. I looked in the phone book, and called several business, but was at Home Depot and saw "Buttons Heating" card on display. The representative came to our home, and gave us the most information, on the various types, high efficiency, 2 stage, warrenties, government rebates. The furnace was replaced within a week,now our heat is more constant in our home, even our basement is warmer. Yes I would definately recommend Buttons to my family, friends,etc. They where very clean, accommodating, and I have had them return already to hookup my gas barbeque. Buttons Heating is now on my list of honest,responsible tradesman. Thankyou...Ken
