I’m changing my review because I feel I was bullied by Olga to make it the first time. The treatment I’ve received from Canadian Choice windows since installation has been unacceptable to say the least. First off I feel discriminated against because im a woman and I told them to call me for installation yet they kept calling my husband at work instead. I also asked them to deposit a post dated cheque on a certain date and that was also ignored causing my account to go into overdraft, although they did offer me a whole $50 off for that inconvenience. One of the windows had a scratch on it so we had Olga come out and get photos for replacement. It’s 4 months later and I still don’t have a replacement window replacement and my phone calls and emails go ignored. They also waited 10 weeks to submit my rebate so again I was forgotten and ignored. Olga hasn’t even issued an apology for the neglect and George will not return my emails or phone calls. I was told the replacement window would be 3-4 weeks and we are now on week 5. I called the office again today and George still hasn’t returned my call even though I was told he would within 15 mins and we are now over 2 hours later. There is no communication in that office whatsoever, and their only concern is collecting new clients, not dealing with their mistakes. I would not recommend this company at all due to the sheer lack of proper customer service. I am very angry at the treatment I’ve received and I’m completely disheartened by the whole experience. I’m just hoping the installation holds up better than their customer service although I have no faith in this company anymore so it wouldn’t shock me in the least if these windows were installed incorrectly. They also gave me the wrong sidelight and upon saying ‘that’s the wrong one guys’ Olga had the nerve to tell me I had made a mistake in ordering, although she was the one that helped me pick it out and told me the name, so her mistake and not mine. If you want terrible customer service, you like to be ignored, and you don’t want to be kept in the loop about installation then call these guys. And if you do don’t expect your rebate in the 6-8 weeks they promise. It’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting. Terrible. Canadian choice windows, you should be ashamed of yourself.
