    Big project of windows and doors

    I highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows to anyone who is looking for quality products, knowledgeable, courteous & professional staff and all that for an affordable price. We were looking to change 23 windows, the patio door and a 3-side door . That was a big job and big risk but am extremely happy we picked the right company for it. From the moment we met with Igor we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to explain, answer questions, brought a sample of the window to show us the components and explain them in detail. He gave us a very competitive price as well. Throughout the whole journey from the first meeting to the final inspection of the installation Igor and Sergey (the installer) showed nothing but professionalism and excellent customer service, not only to get our business but even more after the installation was completed, unlike other companies that once they have your business, they don't care anymore.     3 custom entry doors and installation.

    Our salesman was very informative and accurate on time and costs. Delivery was on time Installation was great. Very polite crew and they did a good job of cleanup after the work was complete. The installation crew ensured we were satisfied with everything before they left and we even recieved a call from the salesman the day following to ensure we were happy with everything. Everything was 5 stars all the way through. Thank you to Nickolay and Candian Choice for a great product and installation

    Very professional and a fantastic job

    Mike was great to deal with. The door came when they said it would and the job was done extremely well. We've recently had work done by another company (that Canadian Choice doesn't' handle) and were not pleased by the service or quality of the work. This was far and away superior and we would not hesitate to call them again.

    Door Installation

    The initial appointment was conducted very professionally. Jason was patient and provided clear information regarding options available. The installation was carried out on time and efficiently. Would definitely use Canadian Choice again.

    Replace windows & doors

    I have posted 2 reviews so far , 1 on fb & 1 here & both have vanished into internet never land, I am not doing another right now, Let it be known we are completely satisfied with the company & the product.

    New windows and doors

    Excellent experience from start to finish! Stan accommodated our schedule to come meet us and show us the product and talk about budget. He was low pressure and very professional. The value of this product is strong. Once we ordered the company kept in touch as to status and installation. Mike the installer and his crew was top notch professionals, they respected our home and cleaned up after. Their finish work was more than I expected and I am very happy with this company.

    Total Window replacement

    Igor stopped by and showed us their windows, and provided an amazing presentation that we couldn't say no to. We setup an installation time, and they came and installed them on the days given, and the work was excellent. We would recommend this service and product to any and all.

    New window

    The installers showed up half an hour early and were done in less than two hours! They were extremely professional and kind and personable and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. It was a great experience!

    Window Replacement - 7 windows

    We are very satisfied with the recent (May 31st) installation of 7 new windows in our townhouse. Our new windows look great and our neighbours have also commented on how nice they look. Jason (the sales rep) was very helpful in presenting options as we were changing the style (settled on casement) and size (enlarging 2 which necessitated brickwork). Installation was within the committed timelines and the crew arrived on time each day and were very professional. We were advised up front that it would be messy due to the brickwork allowing us to prep accordingly and minimize clean-up. The crew were careful to use plenty of dropsheets and cleaned up (inside and out) at the end of each day. We obtained quotes from 4 companies selected based on reviews obtained on Homestar as well as Google and other internet sites. We selected Canadian Choice for the following key reasons: - Reviews/rating, were inline with the others - Product quality, seems similar to others (although only time will tell) - Timeline, they provided the best delivery/installation timeline - Price, not the most expensive or cheapest. And they offered price match. - Deposit, they did not require a deposit while others were looking for 25% - 50% up front. - Payment options, they offered full payment via credit card (point collecters) while others limited it to 10% - 25%. - Baulimer Approved. We have already recommended Canadian Choice to our neighbours. Improvement Opportunity: use easy peel stickers on the windows. Although the crew removed the stickers and 90% of the glue, I still needed to use some "Goo Be Gone" in a few places.

    Doors replacement

    We are very happy with this company. Igor manager of this project was supper friendly, explained everything and made for as a super deal. Installers did a great good and we are weary satisfied with Canadian Choice Windows and would definitely recommend them to all our friends.
