    Window replacement for the house

    From the start when we contacted sales representative Tony, we were impressed with the service and friendliness. Tony took the time to provide a reasonable estimate and provided advice on the style and types of windows to get. The installation process went very smoothly, as the team of 3 installers were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation, including a tidy clean-up afterwards. We are very happy with our new windows and recommend Canadian Choice to others who are interested in getting new windows as well.

    Window and Door Purchase

    We had our all of our Windows and front Door installed by Canadian Choice windows and Doors last Saturday We took our sales reps recommendation to change our windows to the casement profile windows with the Iron Ore exterior finish. By far, we have the nicest windows in our neighbor hood. We originally wanted them to be changed to the sliding windows like the original windows were but we are estatic about the new look and the increased efficiency of the casements. Because the previous owners painted the windows shut, this is the first time since we moved in, in 2016, that we can actually open our windows. Thanks for the recommendation Jason, and thanks to your team of professionals that have done our renovation so proficiently. As for the door, we had seen a style that another company was offering and Jason was able to have our door manufacured to replicate the style of glass that we liked from a different manufacturer. This is a good indication that this company goes beyond the call of duty for us. It feels like a whole new house and Ive already had 2 neighbours inquire about getting this companies contact info based on the expert install and my positive experience throughout.

    Replacement windows

    Needed to replace 2 windows. The proposal from Canadian Choice was competitive in price and sales person (Julia) provided excellent information on the features of the proposed proposed windows and was able to answer all my questions. She even had a sample in her car. The installation was carried in a professional manner and the job site was cleaned.

    Windows installation

    I called many companies to get price to change my home Windows and I found the TWINS Windows very affordable. This company really great very friendly customers service , and on time service with professionalism and very clean and beautiful work, I really happy and strongly recommend people to get service from this greate Windows company.

    Project was for basement windows.

    My project was a small one in the scheme of things. The salesperson I dealt with took as much time and energy as if it was a large project. I was eager to learn about the windows and he obliged with full explanations of the window features as well as answers to all my questions. The installation crew (of two) were courteous, punctual and skilled. They started the work promptly and finished in good time, cleaning up afterwards. I was then asked to view the windows after the installations were completed.

    Blackfalds All Windows Triple Pane

    We had Canadian Choice windows here in Blackfalds and the windows are beautiful and absolutely fantastic. Thanks to Jason and his install team we are happy and everything is so nice as we are delighted and Kevin came back to see us as promised and ensure the project is completed and we are just thrilled.

    Windows

    I was very happy with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. They installed all of my windows plus cleaned up in 5 hours. My windows even arrived and were installed a month sooner than expected. I love that I can barely feel the heat from the sun on the inside keeping my house far cooler than my old windows

    Windows replacement

    I am quite impressed with their installers. Their work was done well, very professional. They arrived on time every morning and clean up the place well after work. Everyone was working so hard. We had 42 windows replaced including 2 patio doors in 4 1/2 days. The Sales representative is knowledgeable and we have received excellent service from him. I am pleased the company did a good follow up after work too.

    2 bedroom windows and 1 patio door

    No complaints with windows but totally dissatisfied with installation of patio door. Called about this months ago. Oleg came to look at it. Sent a service guy to do some caulking around door frame. I inquired about the moulding that was put above the door. Pictures were taken by them and then Thay called back advising a service guy would be out to fix this. Still waiting for this to happen. Calls back and forth with Oleg. This has been going on for months. Seems if there is a problem they do not help you out. Totally disappointed with this company. Will never call them to install another window or recommend then to anyone. Called the manager Richelle after not hearing back from the service department and finally got some results. Richelle explained why the moulding was put above the door and that a standard door was installed as that was all that was needed. Was reimbursed the difference in price on a standard and non-standard door. Thanks Rachelle for the prompt service.
