Irresponsible! They left garbage in my backyard and no one is helping from their company
It is an IRRESPONSIBLE company . No after sales service.
We hired them to replace all of our windows and the total cost is almost costing us CAD18000 in 15th August 2018. They left 3 old windows in my backyard after they finished the job.
I called their sales person on that evening and he said their crew left for the day. No one ever come up for a month.
I called their general hotline in september and they said they will look at it. No one ever show up.
Not even a single follow up call from the Sales or the crew in past 2 months.
The three old windows were sitting in my backyard for 2 months. What if my kids get hurt playing in the backyard due to those broken windows? Can I hold the company responsible on this? I know I may not able to do that.
It ends up I need to pay extra CAD 50 for contractor for replacement of my root top to dispose the garbage today (Oct 16th).
I don’t know how an ordinary resident can dispose a huge garbage like this, e.g three old windows.
I am sorry to say this. I feel really disappointed but I definitely not recommend
anyone to replace their windows in this company.

Hi Tony, You are absolutely right, we would like to appologize to you. A small thing like not removing a bit of garbage put a damper on an overall good job and quality windows. This should not happen, we will have a training session with our installers to prevent occurrences like this in the future. Meanwhile lets arrange a time when we can come and remove the old windows, if you have already done so we will reimburse you for the cost.
