Windows and back-door installation
We had a back-door and three windows installed with the company. The sales person Daria was very professional. She answered all our questions and addressed every our concern. We strongly feel she helped us make the best reasonable choice. We are also very pleased with the installers Stan and Alex. The guys did a great job! Everything was installed neatly, efficiently and they left the place amazingly clean. We are happy with the quality and we definitely recommend the company.

Windows and Door replacement
Canadian Choice Windows and Doors provided good service for us when we changed our 10 windows and the door. The quality of the windows and door is good and we are satisfied with their friendly and timely service. I definitely will recommend them to my friends.

all windows
my bungalow is 40 years old, the windows are from buider. we could feel the cold air coming in. so we call this company. they send a rep fast. gave me a good price for all the windows with new frame. we are very happy with their windows. we can really feel the difference this winter. thanks a lot, canadian choice windows!!!

New Windows and New Entrance
I was very happy with your entire team. Ivan, the salesman, was very courteous, professional and an knowledgable. The windows we ordered came exactly when promised. The installation was booked and installed right on time. The installers were fast (and good) and were able to match up the more complex casing with the rest of our home. I was surprised to receive a visit from Ivan the day after the installation. He followed up with a gift for us. I would be happy to recommend the Canadian Choice team to everyone I know,.

window installation
We had all of our windows replaced and were very happy with the windows. The installation was fast, professional and no mess. We have just moved and are having Choice Windows install our windows again!

Window replacements
The workers came on time, and worked very fast with great results and were very professional. There did not seem to be any issues at all and everything is still in great condition today

Bad door
Multiple calls and the company hasn't responded properly regarding the poor installation of the door and the horrible quality of the fibre glass door. They sent the installer to close a gap they had left and he used regular clear silicon to close it instead the insulation foam. Now we are experiencing icing on the door and its very hard to open. The weather strip was never replaced when we first reported it 6 months ago.

Front and rear exterior doors replaced
If you are expecting to lower heating bills with new doors from these guys you'd be very sadly mistaken! They can sell beautiful doors but they are completely unable to install them properly. Now that the temps have dropped to below 20 or worse, you can actually feel a breeze coming in from the bottoms of both doors. They've been back on numerous occasions to fix them and even after bringing brand new doors this problem persists! I suggest you save your money and look elsewhere for actual professionals or simply use cardboard doors to get the same in-home comfort factor these guys provide. Hacks!!!

Terrible customer service
This company has terrible customer service. We installed all brand new windows and a back door in November. The back door was defective and the interior pain shattered. The door is currently unable to be fixed as the factory is closed and will not be opened until the middle of January. We called to request that someone come in the interim to break the rest of the interior glass as it is very dangerous. When we called we were routed to 3 different people who were all very rude. They suggested that we broke the door, were very patronizing . and told us that we should break the rest of the interior glass on our own. When we suggested that this was dangerous and if they could send a professional to help out they refused, were very rude and said that shattering glass yourself is “so easy a baby could do it”. Our concern, was that the glass would shatter and injur someone or our dog . They insisted that we should just do it ourselves or leave it to shatter on its own stating “shattered glass cannot injur anyone” . Even if the glass is tempered, "the cubes of "safety glass" cling to one another in clumps like tiny puzzle pieces. The edges of the clumps are jagged and abrasive as a hack saw blade" meaning that the current state of our door is very dangerous . While I have reported this company to the better business buereau , I would heed anyone from purchasing any products from this company .

Windows and doors
What horrible job, big gaps in our doors it’s -30 and we have to tape them and cover them with blankets, for the 3rd year!!!!!!!!!!! On top of that all our doors have cracks in them.
