EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!! IRRESPONSIBLE! I am just appalled by how they treated us considering they had raving reviews when we found them. They're nice to you at first when you want to get your windows done, but when they mess up the installation and you need support, NOBODY will answer to you NOR will they come back to fix it. Cindy, who is the salesperson, has a very poor attitude and seems very fake. She acts nice to you during your consultation, but when you tell her there is a problem, she is RUDE and tells you how she is "TOO TIRED" and "TOO BUSY" to deal with your issue, which is very UNPROFESSIONAL to talk to your client like that. This is YOUR job and NOT our problem that you cannot handle your own duties, you are supposed to be the person we contact when an issue arises, yet you whine and complain to us about irrelevant matters and expecting us to understand when YOU guys messed up. We are your customers that bought your service and you should be more concerned about fixing our issue or at least finding someone to help us, NOT asking us to fix it ourselves. Apparently the message was passed on to the installers, but they wouldn't even bother coming back. NOBODY WAS WILLING TO HELP US. AVOID THIS COMPANY! You're basically on your own if they mess up the installation. PS. We found this company through homestars.com and I am beginning to doubt they are the same company OR the positive reviews are coming from the ONTARIO location because the one in Calgary is just mediocre. TO THE COMPANY: We were going to get ALL of our house windows done after the first installation just to test the waters, but after going through this horrific experience and seeing how you handled this issue, we decided to take our business elsewhere. YOUR LOSS.

beautiful Windows!
we were in need of new Windows and wanted to make some design changes and now everything looks amazing and beautiful! We can't wait to see what kind of difference it makes in the winter with heat loss, as our old Windows were 25+ years old! Thanks to Oliver Oliver Soroka for all of his patience with our many questions! Not to mention our two kids running around the whole time during our quote appointment and then sticking their fingers in the caulking after the fact, for which the guys came back promptly to fix!

Window installation
We bought an old 1960s bungalow that had really inefficient, unsightly windows. Working with Alex from Canadian Choice made us realize we had amazing options to transform the house and make it much more energy efficient. Alex was amenable in terms of providing a great price for the whole job but allowing us to split the work into two phases in order to remain on budget and assess if we were happy with the work in phase one. We were not disappointed at all and appreciated the efficient installation by Sultan and his crew. Very personable individuals and very hard-working. The house is transformed and we definitely have Canadian Choice Windows and Doors (incl Alex, Sultan) to thank for it.

Large Windows in Livingroom & Familyroom
The staff were very Professional about everything. Olga the Sales Representative was very informative and made suggestions whenever questions arose. Her advice turned out wonderful. Any time I called her, and asked her if she would drop by; she was there the same day. The installers were on time and worked diligently throughout the whole process. They were polite, considerate and never took a break except for lunch. They cleaned the inside and outside before they left. From time of ordering until installation everything came on time and looks beautiful.

Window replacement
I am writing at this time to give my praises to Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and in particular Alex at the head office on Steeles Ave. W. We had this company install 8 windows, cut out and install 2 new windows where there weren't any and also cut out and install a full- length beautiful glass insert in our front steel door and transom. Last year (2016) I called Alex because some of the windows were changing colour. He informed me at that time, that during the years we purchased these windows from them, they did have a problem with the window manufacturers. He offered to replace the windows for us and one pane was replaced at that time. It was cold outside, so I told Alex that we could wait until the Spring time to have the others replaced. Today, May 31st, 2017, the other three window panes were replaced. Alex kept his word and all of these windows were replaced at no charge to us, which in my mind, is absolutely wonderful as we are over 70 years of age and have to pay attention to where our money goes. Alex arranged to have these windows made and installed with just two phone calls. One call just to make sure that he had the correct windows to be replaced. I want to tell you that last year, I had sent Alex some pictures of the windows involved and God love him, he kept those pictures and our conversations in a file and had them handy when I called him this year. My husband and I are very impressed with him and his ways. He is a wonderful man to work with and if you have any problems with your windows after installation, he is your go to man. My husband and I are very pleased and happy with this company and with Alex. We both highly recommend them to anyone who needs new windows. I personally found that everyone involved in this problem was very nice to me before, during and after all this happened. A wonderful Five-Star company for sure. Wonderful staff and I would say, that they are so fortunate to have Alex as one of their representatives.

Panoramic windows
We ordered 2 huge (floor to ceiling) insulated 3-pane windows. They were delivered and installed as promised. Good prices, a little higher than some of the competition, but negotiable. High quality materials. I had the impression that the installation team "cut some corners", but the performance over the winter season has been exceptional, so I'm satisfied.

Good service from all Olga was great to work with installers where quick and professional overall a good job at a good price if require windows in the future I know who to call

Whole house windows and doors
Everyone from sales (Olga was our representative) to service team (Eugene) were awesome. Beautiful windows and 3 doors look amazing. The whole project was done in 3 days, they cleaned everything and took a good care of the house. Quality job and product. We would certainly recommend Canadian choice.

Replace windows on two bathrooms (2013)
Update 17/07/2017 : Vendor sent someone over to repair and correct the issues with the bathroom window. Everything looks fine now. Thank you for taking the time to resolve client concerns. overall the experience was very rushed and not the best standard. The windows were not what we discussed, the written part of contract paper was mostly illegible except for the printed clauses and conditions. There was no way of understanding the spec of the window discussed vs what was written. When installing, it was a total rush job. The exterior insulation is sticking out of the frame, frame has some gaps and is not exactly straight. It looks like a very poorly done DIY job. We had called the company to come fix it and no one ever came. Take a look at the first picture - this is of the ground floor bathroom window. Seems to have come out ok. The next three pictures are of the upstairs bathroom window. There is foam sticking out in multiple spots; the framing has a gap at the bottom left.

Replace windows, patio door and front dorr
I had half of my windows installed in Fall and the rest of them in Spring. The installers are nice and friendly. The quality of the window is way better than my existing ones. The sales is knowledgeable and explained clearly before I placed my order. I would refer my friends to them without any hesitation.
