Thank you for choosing Canadian Choice Windows Diane.
We would like to address your concerns.
The long wait has been due to our Canadian winters. The weather often does not allow us to finish our installations as fast as we would like to. As the contract was signed on December 22 we had to wait until the weather allowed for a quality installation.
As per our contract with you, we have stated that the tint match would not be 100% guaranteed, which you've signed for. In addition, you have only requested to replace the square part, and not the arch of your shaped window, which would result in the difference between 15-20 year old tinted glass as opposed to brand new tinted glass on the square part. It is also impossible to see it in the photo attached, as the blinds are covering the entire window.
As for the alarm systems, it is outlined in our contract with you that we are not responsible for alarm systems and you should contact your Security company to re-connect your alarm on new product. We only specialise in replacing windows and doors, and are not certified in replacing alarms. Furthermore, we have not damaged or cut away from your existing alarm cord.
Your kitchen window was installed to your specification.
It is our policy to collect a 15% deposit at the start of production, to cover our production costs. We have not charged you any additional balance to date, other than the deposit, and you did receive the product you've purchased, that being one full kitchen window, and two glass units.
Best regards, Canadian Choice.
