I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Oliver Soroka from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Oliver was very professional in all his dealings with me. When I expressed concern about having our windows replaced mid-winter, he reassured me that this is done all the time, and that they take precautions to ensure that anyone in the house is kept warm and comfortable at all times. This certainly proved to be the case! Moreover, the windows in this 3,200 square foot house were replaced in one day! Due to the weather, the team returned a few days later to complete final touches on the windows.
Simon and his crew showed up on time and worked diligently and thoroughly. Earlier, when I had spoken to the office staff, I had informed them that I am disabled and have mobility issues, therefore requiring some help in removing blinds and relocating furniture for ease of access. True to their word, Simon and his crew took care of that for me. I've often found that their is a disconnect between office staff and working crew when it comes to special requests like this, but Canadian Choice Windows proved to be the wonderful exception.
A few weeks after the installation, there was a small issue with one of the bedroom windows which was magnifying any outdoor wind. I spoke to Oleg at the office, and within 20 minutes of my phone call, Oliver Soroka, our sales rep, showed up at my door! He said he was in the area, received the phone call and rather than delay it to another day, he immediately came over. He checked the window in question, and as it turned out, it hadn't been closed and locked properly - so the issue was immediately resolved! This prompt follow up rates very highly with me because this is where so many companies fall short.
