I put through a Chinese sales Manager to replace all my windows by Canadian Choice Windows in September this year. Job finished on 27th late night when it was dark. Next day, we checked and found a number of problems and some damages to our property. I phoned up that Sales Manager. He did not show up on our first scheduled meeting. Two days later, he finally shown up. When I pointed to him the problems and damages, surprisingly, that Chinese Sales Manager spoke to me on my face: "none of these problems and damages is problem. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS YOU CHECKED OUR WORK LIKE AUTOPSY." I was very upset as he insulting me and cursed on my property. I don't want to have confrontation so just keep quiet. That Sales Manager further said he got customer bought him meal in luxury restaurant and gave him Chinese Red Packet. This made me think I was in a corrupted country, not Canada. But I still ignored him for this. That Sales Manager was getting angry and said to me: "We will not fix any of these problems and damages for you. You talk to the installer direct." and he left.
I tried to contact their Customer Service. Ended up my messages and complaint dated September 8th and October 31st all fell on hands of their "Office Manager". She just agreed to fix the damages, but never address to the humiliation and cursed complaint. So I found online their Customer Service and sent them a email on November 8th request address on their Sales Manager's wordings and attitude, and also need them to send me official receipt on my payment, which I never got a reply.
