    All Windows Replaced

    Update: Alex called me after seeing this review, which was good on his part so I've changed my rating. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Great start, poor execution. Met with Alex twice to discuss the replacement of all of our windows, he was very knowledgable, light hearted, and answered all of our questions. This is why we went with this company. We were told that they had their own installers but it was clear that they did installations for several different companies as I noticed the main guy took a call from one of the competitors. Before the crew started, I tipped them all $20 just to set the tone, which was suggested by one of my contractor friends. All of my windows were filthy, vinyl scratched on one, dust/dirt/nails left behind by the installers. No instructions on how to remove the screen from the windows, etc... They were in a hurry to leave. I've emailed Alex twice about my disappointment with the installation with no response. Not that I expected someone to come back and clean my windows, clean the dirt around my freshly painted trim, the debris sitting on my roof and around the outside of my windows... Common courtesy would be to acknowledge your mistakes and coach the installers or get new ones. Clearly they don't care about repeat business or referrals. During the consultation I told Alex that we will want to do patio doors in the very near future but I will not be dealing with "Canadian Choice" Windows.

    New windows and a screen door

    "A" plus plus. Igor came and explain everything I needed to know about the windows. He also brought a sample to show me. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. A great guy and extremely helpful. The installers were very nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and Igor and his crew.

    New front door replacement, new patio doors replacement and window replacement.

    The sales representative was very helpful and accommodating to our needs which we have discovered that other companies were not. The company very carefully measured everything and came back to recheck their measurements. The installers did an excellent job installing everything. They even followed up immediately to take some resin off the window. We are very happy with our finished product and would highly recommend them.

    WIndows,Patio Door and Back Door

    Happened that in one day two of my co-workers referred Canadian Choice Windows in Lethbridge. One already replaced her, another just recently bought. So I decide to call them. Dainis the sales man was so educated and informed on all products that there were no questions unanswered. The installation was done by Stan. The quality and workmanship was as Dainis promised. The finished product is great and we are very happy with the experience and our choice of Canadian Choice Windows and doors.

    Window supply ans inatallation

    Highly recommended

    We bought a new front door. It looks amazing! Ivan was very helpful and friendly. We'd definitely recommend him. If we ever need anything in future we would contact them.

    Front Enterance Door

    The front entrance door looks AMAZING!!! The design is very elegant , I have searched many suppliers & extremely happy to have found the door color sandalwood &beautiful window design matching the side window glass....The colors in the glass design are breathtaking... The PROFESSIONAL installation was outstanding, " thank-you" Vlad & Mike!!!

    Windows And Door

    Second time using this Company, Great windows and topnotch Quality. Bonnie the Sale person was very helpful and gave us a reasonable price. I would definitely use this company again in the future. 8 out of 10 for now, because our newly installed storm door wasn't working properly and I Hope they send a tech to come fix it soon. Thank you Bonnie!!

    New windows for renovation

    Paid to have a rotten frame replaced, they put plywood over top of the rotten wood and called it good. Had to hire a another contractor to complete the job.

    Front windows

    Replaced 3 front windows. Both Dainis and Stan provide excellent sales and installation service. Other window Companies in Lethbridge refused to take a job because of my huge front window .Dainis promised to me that i don't have to worry about that. Job is completed , windows are installed and looks beautiful. Would recommend Canadian Choice Windows in Lethbridge for their quality, professionalism and customer service.
