    Replacement of all windows

    Shopped around for quotes and decided to go with Canadian Choice Windows. First off, they can really get you a good deal on the windows - Bob, the salesman is really easy to work with and understands your personal situation and needs. You will have to wait a bit for the windows to arrive during the summer months as there're a lot of people replacing windows but that's understandable. Second, their installation crew led by Sergei is awesome and they know what they are doing. All in all, top notch job on windows replacement.

    full house Windows

    They are the worst to deal with, they just sell windows and that's it, they dont have after sale service, our windows took from August till end of April to be installed as they keep creating for us stories every time we ask about it. They sell something and they install the cheapest quality. I dont recommend this company to any one. Their installers has done so much damages around our home and with our furniture and they are always tired while working and complaining. NEVER TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

    Windows replacement

    Quick and friendly service, 5 windows were done in 3 hrs. Very impressed about the price, speed, quality, cleanness, and follow up to see the results. Highly recommended this company!

    Full Window Renovation

    I wanted to share my experience with anyone who is looking for a reliable cost effective, quality, windows company. I called three companies for estimates and I ultimately choose Canadian Choice Windows. Mike came to my house on the date and time requested for an estimate. I am doing a full house renovation and therefor working on a tight budget. I found that this company didn't try to up sale me on anything. (Other companys were telling me I needed new frames).I don't know much about windows,but Mike took the time to break down the details of the work involved. There was no pressure sales tactics involved and when I received the estimate I was shocked to see how much lower the estimate was in comparison tothe others. I reviewed the quality of the windows with Mike and was also informed of the lifetime warranty, I was very impressed with this company that I decided to go with them. I required the windows immediately, (as prior ones didn't open) and Mike was able to deliver and install all windows within a 3week time period. The installers were very professional and cleaned up well. There were minor issues identified at the completion of the project, but Mike followed up with me the next day and all issues were rectified within the same week. I have dealt with numerous contractors/companies throughout my renovation project, but my experience with Canadian Choice windows has been the best. The windows they installed are not only top quality, but they also have transformed the look of my home. Timeframes were meet and the total cost of the project never exceeded the estimate provided. For anyone doing renovations, you know the delays, sales tactics, hidden costs, not getting what you want involved. I am so happy and grateful to Mike and Canadian choice Windows for making this specific project an easy one and one that I have no regrets on. Thank you Mike

    Window replacement

    We just had 8 windows replaced in our bungalow in Huntington Hills neighborhood in Calgary. We are absolutely satisfied with Canadian Choice Windows. Dainis, our sales rep was upfront, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about the window products. He gave us a fantastic price on the windows. The windows were ordered in August, they arrived on time and were installed by Sergei and his co-workers. The installation crew worked amazingly fast, they were courteous, and cleaned up and got the job done in just 6 hours! The windows look fantastic!

    New Windows

    My experience with the sales process was amazing! Manny did a wonderful job helping us choose the windows and walking us through the whole process. Unfortunately, Manny passed away before the windows were installed, and since they were installed I have had nothing but problems with this company. Four windows were installed in the wrong places, and one window was installed visibly crooked. They installed a huge sliding glass door and failed to place a proper support beam over the window - this was on a load bearing wall! I had two independent contractors take a look at the window and they both said it failed to come even close to meeting the building code and that is must be replaced immediately. I have been trying for weeks to get a new salesman at the company to care about my house and the windows, as well as trying to get the installer to come and fix them. Not one person has returned my calls. I now have to get my contractor to fix these windows at an extra cost as I already paid the installer to do it. Not impressed with this company and would definitely not recommend them to anyone!

    Windows and door replacement

    Episode 1: The Quote. We requested quotes from 3 well-known companies, all of which construct their own windows. Our contact from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was Phil. This man is an absolute genius, and led us through the best experience in evaluating a task we have experienced in home renovation. He was methodical and meticulously clear, and although at first he seemed to be a bit rigid in the way he discussed things, was exactly right in this being the best approach. What amazed us was that he came out with at least 4 suggestions that had not occurred to us, and had not even been raised by our two other contacts for quotes. He not only gave us new ideas, but openly advised us on things that might not be necessary. His suggestions on particular choices turned out to be the exact selections that we eventually settled on - he has very good judgement. Overall this was the most efficient and effective of our three discussions. A great experience. At the end of it Canadian Choice Windows and Doors also came out with the best quote - we really had the sense that they were pulling out all of the stops to give us the best deal. We will post again on the final result of this renovation.

    all new windows through out house

    We had our windows installed the main picture window was defective. They later changed it as well as the kitchen window as it was scratched. The picture window they put in was again defective and now winter was coming so they said lets wait till summer to put another window in. The next spring they put another picture window in and it was worse. they said they would put another one in in two weeks .Its sept. 28 now still no window phoned today they can't find the window wait for call.

    window & door installation

    I contacted Cdn Choice windows after a trusted neighbor referred them & I looked up their reviews & was pleased w their rating. Tony D. gave me a very informative windows presentation, moreso than any other rep. He wanted me to understand everything there was to know about the windows I was installing & be an informed consumer. I was stressed out because I discovered the previous job had enabled moisture to collect and rot the wood which in turn attracted carpenter ants. The night before I couldn't sleep. I was extremely anxious about whether or not the rotted wood would be replaced even tho Tony had assured me all of it would. The installation team, led by Simon was amazing. I haven't seen a work ethic like this in ages. All rotted wood was replaced, everything was done professionally. The installers did the job without stopping, or talking. Simon was very courteous & helpful. All my questions were answered. Having worked such a long day tirelessly, the crew did a phenomenal clean up job. I have had several contractors & they all say the clean up but non of them do. This was incredible. Even more incredible, was being able to turn my rotten back, ant infested window into a spacious beautiful bay window w a sliding door that opens and closes properly. thx to Tony. Tony promised he would attend the installation & that also comforted me. He came & I decided to purchase basement windows which he picked up for me so they could be installed at the same time. Tony, Simon & the installation team went the extra mile to make all my window dreams come true & nightmares disappear! A huge thx to Tony, Simon & Canadian Choice Windows.

    Windows

    Working with Alex was great. He answered all my questions and also guided me to make right choice. The installation was great and they also cleaned up once done. I will recommend this service to any one in need of new windows and doors.
