Whole house of Windows
I responded to the Flyer and they responded very quickly and the Manager Kevin came and provided me a solution for my home. The Windows are very high quality and the service was very good. The installation was on time and professional and now all the neighbors are interested too. I am happy will all the process and will recommend to family friends and everyone in the Red Deer area for sure!!!!

Windows and Front Door Install
Phil, the sales representative who managed our order, was very knowledgable about the products and provided a good overview of features and benefits. We ended up ordering 7 windows and a front door. The order was delivered and installed as scheduled by a very efficient and talented installation team. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

2 windows, new patio door mini-blinds
I was very pleased with the sales rep, Phil, who was thorough with the product overview. He showed us some good samples and explained the energy efficient components of the windows. He is willing to negotiate on prices. The installer, Urie, did an excellent job with the framing, weather proofing, caulking and cleaning up afterwards. He went above and beyond by providing some additional weather stripping. I’m so impressed with the overall job that I have ordered a custom front door with full window and mini-blind; I’ve even requested the same installer to come back to do the job. I would highly recommend this company. The quality and service definitely beats anything you would ever get at Home Depot or Rona. It’s worth it to go with Canadian Choice Windows & Doors!

Window Replacements (5)
We were very happy with Stan Rait and his team. Stan was very pleasant and gave us a reasonable quote. The installers were polite and very meticulous in the job and the clean up. Also the job was done within the time quoted. We would recommend them without any reservation. We are also very pleased with the quality of the windows.

Windows and Doors Replaced
I replaced every window and door on my house, so huge job. Vlad (sales rep) provided fantastic customer service. Faruk and his installation team were terrific! They are so efficient and take extra care to do the job right. They arrived on time and finished the entire installation in 2 days including cleanup which is amazing. I had a problem with the paint color on my front door (these things happen) but Vlad responded immediately and made things right for me. I highly recommend this company!! I am thrilled with the results!!

Windows
Canadian Choice Windows was our choice here in Red Deer. Quality service and value wow this is a great company. Kevin was our sales agent and Jason and his crew took great care on the install. They cleaned up perfectly and Kevin came after installation to ensure everything was just fine. We look forward to using them again next year. Thanks to everyone at Canadian Choice!!!!

All windows (7), front door and sidelight, patio door, garage entry door
Excellent support in selecting windows and front door. Installation was very well done. Team knew what they were doing and addressed our concerns. Follow-up was done to ensure satisfaction. Only reason 5 stars were not awarded were the delays between the agreement and installation (after we called a number of times). Otherwise, very happy overall.

We contacted Canadian Choice windows because we were referred by a friend whom was very satisfied here in Red Deer. Kevin provided a great solution to our home including payment options. The install was great and so enjoyable. We are very happy with everything provided by Canadian Choice Windows Thanks so much we will see you again next year for more windows and the neighbours want you guys too!!!

Windows Installed
We had many windows done in our living room and upstairs, and bathrooms, and the end result was amazing! First of all, we are very satisfied with the workers, Gena and Alex. They both worked very hard all day. Not only that, but after they finished their work they cleaned up the mess from the windows, which was a really big help. Second of all, we are very satisfied with the quality of the windows. The new windows are not only amazing quality, but also exactly what we asked for in the beginning. All of the new windows look beautiful, and we have not had any malfunction with them! I would really recommend this company because the quality that you get is amazing for the price.

windows and patio doors
Great sales job but terrible installation. I was told it would be a 2 to 3 day job. The installer brought his childhood friend with no experience to help him. I was present for the number of mistakes the helper made, which either slowed the pace or lowered the quality of the work. I spent most of the time cleaning after them or helping move the material to help speed things up. The work done speaks for itself. My wife went into delivery on day 4 so I signed the release papers on day 3 with assurance that they would come and finish the job perfectly while we were in the hospital. That was my biggest mistake. The installer broke the window jam. He did not replace it but rather put the broken pieces of wood in an attempt to repair it. You can see the handy work in the attached pictures. There is glue and spray foam on the glass and casing. This company does not stand by their work. They have not come to fix any of the deficiencies you can see in the attached pictures. This job was done in March. We are in September and I cannot get anyone to come to attempt to fix this work despite many calls. Two basement windows have no caulking. I have sent these pictures to the company and was told that they would be fixed. That was a month ago and still no answer.
