We are basically happy with the product and the installation team. The windows and doors are quite satisfactory. We love the views changed by the more transparent windows and doors. Of course, we would highly recommend the company to our friends.

Installation of Windows
I purchased 4 casement windows from and had them installed by Canadian Choice. They replaced fixed pane windows which could not be opened. The windows look terrific - very high quality appearance - and they open smoothly and easily. They feel very solid. The installation crew did a fantastic job. They were very quick and professional and left the job site spotless. I love the great ventilation I now get from the casements. I have a couple more windows to replace and definitely will be buying them from Canadian Choice.

windows and patio door replacement
The installer is very good in service, all the windows and patio door are in very good quality except 1 big window that need use lots of strength to close the 2 locks. Hopefully this is not product defect, anyway since warranty covers for 25 years.

Replacement of windows and doors
After shopping around for windows and doors replacement, I finally contacting Canadian Choice. I think this was the best decision I've made in so far. Bob and his team did a terrific job. The job was done very professionally and on time. Bob was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all pros and cons of our product choices, gave us the best price, was always available on the phone even after we signed the contract, and was present during the installation to ensure the installation was smooth. I am going to highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you Bob for your professional work !

Excellent product and service!!
Thank you for the excellent service! We are happy with our experience dealing with your Company. Your installers in our home were fantastic and our project was very neatly executed. Brad the representative we worked with was very nice to deal with he was very friendly and thorough, we made an appointment to visit the showroom with him where your staff were welcoming and we got to see an example of both our patio door and our bow window which we chose to do. We got our product well in advance of the anticipated date which was a bonus. Happy to recommend your company!

Windows & Doors Installation
I contacted 3 different companies to get price quotes for the replacement (brick to brick) of our 35 year old windows and doors. They were in terrible shape - could not open or close them and the rooms were hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Stan Rait and his Team provided the best price and the highest quality replacement service available. They were thorough and responsive to all our needs. The job was done in 2 days and the price is the price - no surprises. They cleaned up after the install and I am looking forward to saving money on my heat & cooling bills now. I would recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors every time.

Windows & Doors
Alex gave me very good service, every time I have questions he alway answered them very politely and nicely. Gino was the installer did a great job and I recommend him whole heartedly. Thanks Alex and Gino for doing such a great job for me.

Windows
Kevin came and worked with us on a wonderful window package that included upper round windows which turned out just wonderful as well we have to mention the install manager Jason and his assistant Dylan were fantastic hard working professionals . Highly recommend this company and this team! Thanks guys!

We are extremely happy with our new windows. Our sales consultant Bonnie Zhou was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The installers were very hardworking and did a great job throughout the 2 days. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

Windows and Doors
Canadian Choice Windows had the best quality by far in Red Deer and the service by Kevin followed by the installtion team of Jeremy Colin and Tim was professional and above our expectations. If you are serious about windows give these guys a call it is absolutely fantastic.
