Patio door
This is the second time I have used Canada choice Windows. Alex took the time to explain my options completely. The workers that came very efficient and they even completed the job on the exact date I needed. Thank you, will definitely recommend.

Windows
I was very happy in choosing Canadian Choice for my windows. Tony Di Cesare did a great job explaining the windows in detail and walking us through the process of installation. The windows were installed in a timely manner and the final product looks great! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tony and the rest of the Canadian Choice team.

New Windows
We recently had all new windows installed. The windows arrived earlier than promised. The installation crew was courteous and efficient. The sales person Vladimir was very helpful in suggesting several changes to our previous windows types and we were very happy with the results. A very positive experience overall at a competitive price. Would certainly recommend.

Doors and windows
After changing the doors and windows, my house was a lot warmer. The workers who installed it were very hard working and nice. Tony Wong, the salesmen, was very responsible, he came back to our house after a while to check if everything was ok. In conclusion the installation was very well done and the workers were hard working.

Windows insallation
Our family decided to change our windows in basement and we called your company and asked about your services. We were presented with a prompt and quick reply, in which we set up an appointment. The first man who came to our house to inform us of your services was named Oliver, and his expertise,courtesy and kindness were a staple in our choice of choosing to replace our windows with your company. He was honest, accurate and friendly and not only that he even spoke with us in our native language of Russian which was a godsend , and very very appreciated. On May, 12th 2015 we had our windows installed by your company with Yuri leading the crew of men. They installed our windows faster than we could ever believe less than 2 hours(I believe), they did an amazing job because they look beautiful, and they were very friendly, and courteous. They cleaned up the entire mess and made it look as if no construction even occurred! These men including Oliver and Yuri are the epitome of customer friendly, and they deserve this recognition and more for the amazing service, attitude and quality they provide. I will most definitely recommend this company to everyone I know, as we are extremely grateful for the amazing, perfect service we received. The price we were quoted was beyond fair, and we will recommend your company as frequently as possible. Fantastic job, fantastic men. Could not be more happy with results. 10 thumbs up!!!

windows replaced
I had all my windows replaced in my home in April by Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. Good quality and great price. I even used them a second time to replace my slider (That was a bit more pricey). The owner and his wife are very nice. I would highly recommend this company.

Windows Installation
AVOID THIS COMPANY! Based on the reviews we thought they would be good but now have restless nights from the window noises. Our previous windows were just old but fine. We wish we didn't change them. We had 11 windows replaced by Canadian Choice in Aug 2014. Of this, 5 windows were for the bay windows crack a bit in the corner...all 5! They were replaced but it took months and they delayed it into the winter. The master bed room and master bath windows makes pop/crack noises at night. They sounds make it hard to sleep. The sounds happen between 10p-8a...and are at random frequencies. I have restless nights. Canadian Choice won't believe us. We have even stayed up, put the recorder next to the window and left it there to record the sounds. We have emailed it to Alex and Alan. Alan verbally said if we get a licensed inspector to find what is wrong (since they don't know what is wrong) then they will reimburse us for the costs. He was so confident so I said I will send him a email to get that in writing. We have been waiting for over 2 weeks to a response. It is very frustrating. DO NOT GO WITH THEM!

We do find it hard to believe that the windows are making noise as they were not designed to have the function of sound making. The service technician was sent to check your windows and you requested we remove the casing on every window we installed to check for foam on the inside. As unreasonable as that request was, we obliged and you found that nothing was wrong with how we installed your windows. At this point in time, after much discussion, we suspect it may be the outside environment or the structure of your house that is the root cause of your "noise problems". We feel that we have done everything we could to assist you and find this matter equally frustrating, but we really do not think it's the windows that's causing these sounds at such particular hours. Please check with a professional to see if you have any problems with your environment or your housing structure. Thank you.

new windows
From start to finish this project exceeded my expectations! Olga our sales person explained everything to us. We had some custom options we wanted and it was no problem at all! They do it all, windows, trim, and build custom and finish the job completely! The guys that came and did the labour were polite and it seemed like they never stopped! My windows and doors are gorgeous!! Many people have asked who did the work, and I've referred them!

Windows for my home
I am completely satisfied with my service from Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. The installer Mike was very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. The sales rep Alex did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each product and made sure I knew what I was getting into. Overall, I'm really happy I chose this company and will be highly recommending Canadian Choice Windows & Doors.
