    Windows installation

    The entire experience from start to finish was informative, helpful and enjoyable. The sales consultant, Igor, was most helpful in his approach. He displayed the knowledge and confidence of a real professional without the pressure displayed by some of his competitors. What impressed me the most was the time Igor took to explain the various benefits of sliders vs. casements vs. hung. His expertise helped us choose the windows that best suited our personal requirements. Also, when we went online to investigate Canadian Choice Windows and saw that they had lot of great reviews we felt confident to proceed. The windows went in beautifully and both the installers Anton and Alex were excellent. Igor, our sales person also overlooked the project to ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks again!

    Kevin Steer was professional and of great service. The windows are awesome quality and installed professionally by Jason and Jeremys crews quickly and efficiently. Will be recommending to friends and family.

    Sliding glass doors

    The staff was helpful and friendly, they were not trying to push sales. The service was excellent, great selection of products, professional workers, and done in a timely manner! I definitely recommend this company to all!

    Bow window

    Great experience from start to finish! We had an 5x8 front window that started with a tiny crack, and ended up splitting all the way across. We spoke to a few contractors from Homestars, and we were really impressed with Alex Davidovitch from Canadian Choice. He was very friendly, came prepared with tons of similar pictures, and supplied us with a ton of reading material. He even sat on the phone with me for 45 minutes one night after 8pm just answering all of my detailed questions. (I'm super picky). The install was booked, and Gena and Edward showed up promptly at 9am. They were efficient, professional and kept everything clean. They even pointed out some wall damage that happened due to water damage to my old plaster wall. I wasn't hugely worried about it; knew that it wasn't their fault but they took the time to patch it with plaster anyway, unasked! You could tell that they really cared about the quality that they provide. The window looks great, and the room is SO much warmer than it was even this morning. The whole front of the house is warmer! I never noticed until the window was replaced how dingy and foggy the old one was. The room is now brighter, feels bigger, and we are even inspired to repaint the room. One minor quibble. The guy who was booked to measure the window between the quote and install was rather unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day, but we had booked a specific time with him, rearranging our schedule to fit the day he wanted. He called 20 minutes before the appointment asking to change the time, because he had another call in our neighborhood later that day and didn't want to be inconvenienced by coming twice. We rearranged our day again, changed the time to accommodate him. I waited for him and he called again to say he would come AFTER his other call, changing the time again. I never saw him, cause I didn't really need to be there for him to measure, so I told him to come whenever he wanted after that. Again, a minor annoyance that will be forgotten as I admire the beautiful investment we made in our house. All it does is reduce my rating for Canadian choice from 11/10. to 10/10.

    Interior/exterior door

    We just had an exterior door installed adjacent to our kitchen. We noticed the improvement in draftiness immediately. It looks great and is very good quality. The installation was well done and professional. Our contact was Alex Davidovitch who was very pleasant to deal with and informative. We had 3 quotes and this company was the most reasonable. Overall we are quite satisfied with our experience.

    Window Replacement

    Very satisfied with the windows. Oliver was very proud of the product he was selling and now after the installation I know why. Yuri and his crew were very polite and professional and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Canadian Windows and Doors.

    Window replacement

    I had all the windows in my house replaced by Canadian Choice Windows, after inviting several quotes from various companies. The initial sales call by Olga Polianski convinced me of the quality of the product, and the quote was highly competitive. The installation was surprisingly fast and trouble-free under the capable guidance of Sergei - nothing was a problem for him! The installers were courteous and careful to protect the interior of my house, particularly the floors, since it was a 'mushy' day outside. I am very impressed with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installers, as well as Olga's follow-up! I recommend this company and product wholeheartedly!

    Kevin Steer was professional and a pleasure to work with and the install team lead by Jeremy did a quality job and took great care of our home would recommend highly to everyone. We love our new windows.

    Window replacements

    I'm quite satisfied with this Company, the sales rep, Marina, was very helpful and knew the product well. Installation took just one day,as promised. Very price competitive with the others and professional all the way!

    Windows

    Excellent service, George was knowledgable, came after installation to explain everything about our beautiful new windows. Thomas the installer was very polite, super clean, absolutely no damage to the house (especially the hardwood floors we worried about). We love our new windows and have recommended Canadian Choice and George in particular to several of our neighbours. Thanx Canadian Choice! It was a pleasure to deal with you guys!
