    19 windows

    Canadian Choice Windows installed a total of 19 windows in our home recently. The service we received was absolutely fantastic. from the sales representative Manny to the installers Michael and Anton the professionalism and rapport with us was very much appreciated. We are looking forward to a much warmer home next winter. Thank you for everything.

    My new windows

    Phil worked hard on the saleman's job, he was patient and was with us many hours to explain how the door and windows will change. Igor and his installer's team worked really hard and done a very great job, and will recommend this company to anyone.

    Front door installation

    From our first consultation, Alexander was friendly and had a broad understanding of different products that the company offered. The installation by Gena and Morat went smoothly. They were punctual, friendly, and efficient. After the installation, Alexander came by to make sure that we were satisfied with the service and product. We are very happy with the door quality and design, and would definitely recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to our friends and family.

    Window/Trim replacement

    We had windows and trim installed by Canadian Choice Windows & Doors (in Edmonton) on March 21st and 22nd, 2014. There was one window missing at the time of installation and I was told we would hear from the office on Monday, March 24th. We did not hear from them. The trim around the windows in the front room is poorly installed. It bows out, is not even and is not sealed against the wall. This should be fixed. We mentioned the issues with the trim to the installers, but they brushed us off and said our walls were uneven. We have since taken pictures as proof its not the walls and I have emailed these pictures to an email address the company provided me for their warranty department. I have had no response to my email. One of our basement windows was not sealed on the outside. Since March 21st, we have called the office numerous times, left messages and we sent that email with pictures to their warranty department. We have had absolutely no response. All of my concerns (missing window, etc.) were noted on forms the installers provided me on March 22nd. I have copies of these forms and my notes. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Edmonton and are waiting now to hear from the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't understand how they can't return a phone call or respond to an email. We've paid for work that's not complete. UPDATE: we got a call from the company in mid April. They agreed to put in the last window and fix the trim on April 23rd, but they wanted us to remove the review. I increased the rating from 1 to 5. The trim looks better and Im happy we have all the windows we paid for. Still disappointed that it took posting this review in order to hear anything from them.

    Windows and Front Door

    In 2009 I had all of the windows replaced in a house I had in Toronto. I was so happy with the windows that I contacted them again in 2014 to replace my windows and front door in my house in Peterborough. My experience with Canadian Choice Windows was nothing but outstanding. I was a repeat customer because I was so happy with the windows. They stand behind their very well made products.

    If you are going to replace your windows I would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. The products and services are excellent, plus affordable price with flexible payment options.

    Windows

    My experience with Canadian Choice Windows & doors has been great. Alex came and gave a great very informative quote. He was very knowledgeable with previous installation experience himself. I received a competitive price for all my windows and doors. I was made aware of their product and how it stood up against the competition. He advised me of what I could expect from the windows etc. It was a big project and the installers did a fantastic job. Gino, one of the installers, and his team were great. The time frames indicated for installation were exactly what was promised. I am so happy with the before and after result. Looking at my home now is like night and day. Alex thank you for everything and Gino thank you for a great job on the install. From quote to finish the project was exactly as promised. There were no surprises it was great.

    13 windows replacement

    Canadian choice Windows and doors provided an excellent product. From the initial telephone contact, to meeting with Phil, to the professional installation team. - Overall it was a great experience.

    Windows entire house

    We had a very good experience working with our sales rep, Vlad Nemchuk. His crew of installers were also top quality and efficient. The window product is very nice and I would order from Canadian Choice Windows.

    kitchen french doors

    This is the second year in a row that I have made a purchase from Canadian Choice Windows and I have dealt with Oliver Soroka both times. All I can say is Oliver is the BEST sales associate I have ever dealt with and the service from the installation people is impeccable. I'll be purchasing more product in 2015.
