They installed 6 windows at our home in November 2024. We are extremely happy with the overall experience. Inna, home comfort consultant, was very responsive and took care of the whole process from quote, all the way post install, when I needed help with Greener homes grant process. thank you Inna! The install team was truly amazing too. They took care of the floor and left the place very clean. Inna and install team coordinated to address few minor glitches and even honored verbal commitments. Back office team was very meticulous with communication. I received updates during whole production and scheduling process, which was really helpful. We are very happy with the experience we got: quote, install, post install support. Happy to support and write a review for a Canadian company with manufacturing here in GTA - less emission too!

Inna, our Salesperson, was great from start to finish. Provided all necessary info very quickly and made sure we were happy during the entire process. The windows are beautiful, seem to be keeping the heat in better now and we love the black colour. The install team were fast, efficient and did a great job overall! I've already recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so! Thank you for a job well done!

The product is good and comes with a 25 year warranty. The only down side is, the dimensions were different so I will have to replace my custom blinds which are 20+ years old anyway. The sales representative Inna Polissky is phenomenal. If I had a question I called her she would call back immediately by phone or email even on a weekend, and late at night. I live in a Town House complex and getting approvals for the installation was not easy. Inna addressed all my concerns by putting me in touch with a Condo Rep. The installer Yuri has 18 years of experience and it showed. The installation went smoothly even though it rained.

We could not be happier with the windows we purchased from Canadian Choice. We first inquired with Joe who has been working with our family for 20+ years - you can tell the amount of experience he has and how he builds relationships with his clients. He helped my mother in law out 20+ years ago, 5 years ago, and over the last 2 years has worked with us to change the look of our home. We cannot recommend Joe and Canadian choice more!! We are very happy with our new windows. Joe was fantastic with helping choose the style and colour. The installation went smoothly and they look great!

My experience with Canadian Choice was absolutely outstanding. Inna and Serhii are a great team starting with the sale by Inna and the install days with Serhii. Inna showed me how Canadian Choice windows were designed differently from the competition, plus she made some great recommendations on window options Serhii was thorough with his team of installers and clean up was superb. In our family home 6 windows were changed last year. We had sliding windows before. For Inna Polissky's -as a sales person-advice, a new generation of windows were installed: Triple glaze with argon gas, casement draftlock. We have visited their showroom, where Alex Shin -as a manager- politely showed the different type of windows and helped to make the right choice. They helped us to participate in the government rebate program as well, which was successful. Thank you for all of them at the company.

Initial patio doors which were installed were problematic ie were too large for the opening. Water entering around the frame when it rained. We called Canadian doors and windows. They responded within a couple of days , identified the problems related to the installation , and brought in a new frame. The two installers were very knowledgable and professional . They installed the frame and went over and above in applying the sealing. Weve since had rain. Doors seem to be doing their job of not letting in draft or rain .

We were in desperate need of replacing several of our windows but had put it off for a long time due to the anticipated costs and inconvenience. Fortunately we had the pleasure to meet Tony as our sales representative. He gave us great advice about our options, pointing out their pros and cons and patiently answering all our questions. We were looking for windows that would eliminate the drafts in our home and therefore also save on energy costs - especially during what can be very harsh summer and winter months. Once we ordered our new windows, Tony made sure that the process would be as smooth as possible and always promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had. The installation itself was completed in a very timely manner. The window installers were very polite and treated our home respectfully, covering all work areas and using drop cloths on areas they had to walk on. They contained all debris from the removal of the old windows and the installation of the new windows to their immediate work area. The window installers worked very hard at giving attention to detail to ensure that the installations were completed with precision. Our new windows look beautiful and are easy to operate. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to enjoying our new windows for many years to come. Thank you CANADIAN CHOICE WINDOWS!
