I changed 11 windows in my house.Gorgeous quality windows, service, and installation done perfectly. Installers cleaned everything after installation, and took my old windows away,very friendly and, helpful,everything on time. I'd like to thank Vlad Nemchuk. I was really impressed with his presentation, and knowledge, he gave me best ideas. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for your service, Vlad.

It’s been a few months that they did windows, sliding doors and front door at our house, plus windows and front door at a family member. We are all very happy with quality, price and punctuality of the salesperson and the entire crew. Job well done. I would recommend them again to anyone.

I've never written a review before today. But after my service with from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors I felt strongly that this company should be recognized for their wonderful service. I have a patio door in the back of my house which has a lock. This lock just stopped working one day. I figured it looked simple enough, surely I'll phone a locksmith to fix it before the day is out. After phoning a half dozen, all telling me that they don't touch these locks...I was perplexed. I final found one that said he would take care of it, came to my house, looked at the door/lock and told me I needed to replace the entire door as those locks weren't manufactured anymore. How something that appeared to be an easy fix turn out so difficult. I finally had one locksmith suggest I talked to a patio door manufacture. Found one - they wouldn't deal with the public directly. Yes my saga continued. Finally I found markings on the panes of my windows that told me who manufactured the glass which lead me to Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. The gentleman on the phone I dealt with Oleg couldn't have been nicer. After a lengthy conversation about my dilemma and a couple photos he agreed to help me and ordered a lock for my door AND agreed to install it. When he came he couldn't have been nicer and gave me two options for my door handle and replacement lock. He also gave me a couple good tips for keeping patio windows and doors in good repair. Thanks Oleg for such a wonderful experience.

I would describe Canadian Choice’s work in my house as prompt (they were very quick), of solid quality and clean. Though I was not home to watch their whole process happen, from what I can see they’ve done a good job.

We had 12 windows (3 brick to brick, one of which was a bay window) replaced in the summer of 2011. Decided to wait a while till posting so we could report any defects that arose after the work. Well, there really are no issues that we're aware of. Our salesman, (who I think may not be at the Alta location) was professional and quite knowledgeable. His price was 10 - 15% less than any of the others, but his interest in our needs, and the many favourable reviews, is what caused us to choose them. The installation was done by a 2 man crew over the course of the day, and they didn't go home until the job was done, even though it had become dark. This was impressive. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up any mess. The next day we did notice a small tear in one of the screens, and a couple scratches to the aluminium trim. The screen was promptly replaced and the scratches nicely touched up. One thing though, some maintenance is required as the metal lintels above the windows were not capped, and require periodic painting. I know many suggest not capping the lintels as this will apparently prevent water from draining properly. None of this was discussed at either the time of the sale or installation. Anyhow, overall we're very pleased with the job.

Canadian Choice replaced all the windows and doors in my home and I would say they did an okay job doing so, very professional. About two weeks ago though, we noticed that there is some water dripping off one of the window openings and we called them. A guy came and looked at it and he said it was normal. We are unsure, so we will continue monitoring the situation.

Oliver was my sales rep and he was brilliant,I only wanted a quote but I was blown away with his expertise I ended up getting work done,He was so friendly and down to earth,The work was just completed and the guys did a great job,they were fast and efficient,and never left any mess,Great job guys,Thank You,

I had my windows replaced by Canadian Choice after finding them online. They were friendly and quick. The only thing I did not appreciate is that the paint around the frames got peeled off as they did not use a cutter around the frames first before removing the windows.

My wife looked at other companies but their salesman was really nice, honest and the price was right. They put in 5 windows for us but they let the puppy out through the gate and left without making sure he was okay. Then they didn't even call afterwards to make sure he was found! And now I have to get ahold of the salesman because with the one window the caulking is starting to turn brown (all of the other windows appear fine).
