Overall experience is excellent. Sales rep was very helpful and knowledgable. I will definitely recommend to friends or family in the future if they wish to do a similar project.

We have 110 year old house in The Beach and we needed windows replaced, so we called Canadian Choice. Phil came over and made a lot of good suggestions as to the style of the windows that would match the house. Installation crew was on time and efficient;everyone we dealt with at Canadian Choice Windows is very knowledgeable and efficient. It is great as all our nighbours, when they walk by compliment us on the windows! We would definitely recommend Canadian Choice to our friends and family!

This is our second time dealing with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. We closed the deal with Myron and worked out all the details. The glass in the bow window came out cracked, but the factory replaced it in 4 days. We also had another concern, which was resolved to our complete satisfaction. We are happy with Canadian Choice and Doors plan to use them again to replace our front Door. Great company, they stand by their products and the sales staff are excellent (Myron and the Installers went out of their way to work around my busy schedule) 10/10

Alex came by and was very knowledgeable and gave me a good price. The installation crew that came was very polite and they did a fantastic job. Removed my old patio door and cleaned up nicely. Would definitely recommend them. Job was A+.

George Troff was very professional, explained everything very thoroughly, so we decided to go ahead. He was very professional and actually take the time to talk us through the options available (unlike other who just come and go for like 10-15 minutes). The price was the best! My home had 10 original wood-frame windows and 3 of them began to leak when it rained. I was very concerned that I would need to spend a fortune to replace all the windows. I called Canadian Choice and George Troff visited my home for a free consultation. He was very professional and helpful. He explained that most of my windows were still in reasonable condition and that 7 of them could have their lives extended by several years by having the wooden frames capped with aluminum. To my surprise, capping costs only about one-tenth the amount of a new window. It was necessary to replace only 3 of the windows. I decided to go with Canadian Choice. On the day of installation the crew arrived on time with the 3 new windows (Hometech brand) and all the materials and tools for doing the capping. The workmanship was excellent and I am very happy with the results and appearance. There were no issues or surprises during the install and the crew did a thorough cleanup upon completion. George Troff also visited my home a few days later to answer any questions I may have had and to check that everything was to my satisfaction. Great customer service. I plan to call Canadian Choice and George next time I have any window needs. I would recommend to anyone.
