I was contacted by Alex Pridatko of Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and asked if he could quote on replacement windows for my 24 year old home in Guelph. Our meeting resulted in a contract and the installation of five new windows was completed this past Saturday, July 07, 2012. Every part of the order process and installation exceeded my expectations. Alex was very knowledgeable and provided references (which I thoroughly checked), and offered me an excellent price for the product and services. I had to ask Customer Service to move up the installation date because of a conflict and was immediately given priority and the installation team arrived exactly as requested. The installation was perfect - fast , clean and without incident. I will certainly ask Canadian Choice Windows to complete all the windows in my home next year and would highly recommend them to other potential Customers. I signed up with the company without shopping around because of the excellant quality of the window and incredible price. Overall, I am satisfied with the installtion and service. Bonnie the sales had came few times for this job, I am really appreciated.

From very first visit when Phil did a thorough presentation of the product, all business with Canadian Choice Windows was very courteous and polite. Installers did a great job, all garbage was removed and work area was cleaned. We would recommend Canadian Coice Windows to our friends.

Shopped around for windows and the sales Bonnie gave us the best price and great recommendations. When the glass of one of the patio doors cracked, we contacted Bonnie. After we sent in the pictures of the crack, the company replaced it with a new door in a very short time. We are very impressed by their great service. We are going to use this company for entry door and bay window.

I have just replaced my side door and front door by Canadain Choice Windows. My children pick the patterns for both doors, we all like the beautiful design. Installer Gena was very polite and efficient, he finish the job in few hours. We will have them to change our windows next year. I will get 10% off as a repeat customer, awsome!
