Very satisfied with the service and installation of our windows and doors throughout oir 50+ year old house. We have seen a great difference in the temperature as there are no more drafts and there is no need to mention the hydro bills!!! The window are easy to clean no more straining to take out panes to clean. I would like to thank Stan with his professiona;lism and great advise in choosing the right windows and doors for us and also Gena and Vitali for the hard work they put into a job well done. I would definitely recommend Canadian Windows & Doors to all our friends and family. Thank you once again Greg Aletto

I dealt with Alex Davidovitch who was very professional and gave us very good service both before and after the job was done . He was very detailed and precise in his presentation.It was a pleasure to deal with a person who gives a 100% and knows what they are doing.I will defineately recommend Canadian choice windows and doors and Alex Davidovitch to my family and friends.

In selecting a company to replace our windows and doors, we were diligent and took our time. We got estimates from four different companies before we met Alex Davidovitch of Canadian Choice. We are glad that we took the time to shop around. Canadian Choice's product perfectly matched our requirements and the price was more than acceptable. Five weeks after we met with Alex, a respectful and friendly crew came to perform the installation. Alex was very helpful and approachable through every step of the way. With beautiful vinyl-trimmed windows and doors, we cannot recognize our home. Thank you very much, Canadian Choice!

We had 8 windows and a walk out door installed with CCW. Salesperson Alex Sachyk was professional and gave us a valuable advice about style quality of glass. He spent a good deal of time to answer all questions we had. Installers came on time and did their job timely, professionally and smoothly. There was no mess left after them;, new windows and door look beautiful, and are efficient! Thanks guys for a great job!

Alex Sachyk was my agent he went above and beyond his job to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and was alway available to answer my calls. The windows are excellent and the installation far exceded my expectations.

Alex Sachyk was excellent from start to finish> The installers Mike and 2 others were so effeicent, I was very impressed! They even did extra work at our house without any hesitation they had fixed our flashing that was falling down at the side of our house. I would highly recommend! we love our new windows! Our house feels like new! What a difference! Two thumbs up! :)

My experience with CDN Choice is two fold and very frustrating. Initially, Alex (sales rep) provided great service and the installation went smoothly for the replacement of our 10 windows, sliding door, and front door. Unfortunately, the front door was installed incorrectly, as the frame around the door is too small to install a screen door (a requirement from the beginning), and the aluminum capping is the wrong colour (white instead of blue). I contacted Alex numerous times over the course of 2-3mths, and each time I was insured that someone would investigate and correct the issue ASAP. No follow-up was ever done. I've since escalated the issue to the service manager Serge/Sergio. Again, over a 2-3 week period and half a dozen phone calls later, insurances were given that the issue would be corrected, but no follow-up was done. I've now had to resort to the BBB, and HomeStars to try to remedy this issue. Apparently, once the cheque is cashed, the customer service stops. A very disapointing end to something that started out so positive. ***Update*** after posting this review and filing a complaint with the BBB, I immediately received a call about my door issue. Unfortunately, a month later no one has come to see my door, and i had to resort to sending pictures. Now, I'm told that nothing can be done because a new frame would be too big?!? How is it, my original door was installed with a screen door, but a new door can't? Leads me to question the quality and skill of the installers working for CDN Choice!

Yesterday my new windows were installed, I was so happy it was done in less than 3 weeks since I signed the contract. All other companies offer me at less 5 to 9 weeks to install new windows. Thanks Mr. Alex Sachyk for his honest attitude and thanks Mr. Alexander Pridatko and Igor for their efficient and professional installation work.

The sales and service from this company was nothing short of excellent. The sales rep Stan Rait was professional and freindly. The installer Mike K. was prompt and on time with the instalation and service of the windows and doors. These are the best and most friendly contractors I ever had the pleasure to meet. They set the bar for the industry on how Sales and Service should be. I would recomend them highly for any instalations in the future. Piero

We had a great experience from beginning to end with CCWD. The sale rep came to us, was knowledgeable and courteous and appeared to give honest answers to our various questions. We made our selection with the expert advice of someone who knows what works. The installation went very smoothly. The workers arrived when they said they would, were polite, quick and efficient, and even cleaned up after themselves -- complete turn key. It was truly a professional job that was better than new. Shortly after the door was installed, the sale rep came to inspect the job with us to ensure our satisfaction. We will certainly be recommending CCWD to our friends and neighbours who want the best quality and service.
