From the First time we had Stan from Canadian Choice come to see us we knew that we were dealing with a professional company proud of the product they make and install. We had them replace every door and window which included double stain glass entry doors as well as 2 large frontal bow windows. This job was done in 2 days and the team installing them worked through the worst weather imaginable. It has been 5 yrs and the product has lived up to it's promise and beyond. We did have one small crack appear in one of the frames of the bow windows and it was completely replaced brand new without any questions or issues. They truly stand behind there product I must say. We've used Canadian Choice Windows & Doors in replacing all our old original windows at the back of the house and was very pleased; much better than the new windows on the front of the house and more energy efficient. They are very easy to deal with, punctual, excellent installation and leaves job cleaned up with mess. Bonnie Zhou was our sales executive and she helped us two years in a row in making upgrades to our home.

The sales agent was excellent working with my budget, He gave me a great deal and wasn't selling me high cost like the other agents. I have now sold my home and gained a bit more because of the style of the windows. I couldn't be more happier with the end result.

Initially, I was concerned about replacing three old (and fairly inaccessible) windows in my 125-year old house in downtown Toronto. However Alex Sachyk and his team replaced them easily and they look fantastic. Thanks Alex. While I cannot recommend this company to my mother since she has passed away (why so specific Homestars?), I will recommend to other friends and family.

Canadian Choice Windows and Doors is a wonderful company in every aspect. The salesman, Alexander Pridatko, was very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The window installers were quick and very good at their jobs. They installed our windows on one of the hottest days of the summer and didn't complain. They cleaned up our house before they left. The windows are wonderful. Thanks for the great service and products!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish, this was by far the best customer service experience we've ever had! Alex Davidovitch was exceptionally thorough in explaining the types of windows available, what types of windows we needed for our house and what we did not need, and how the installation process would unfold. Everything that was promised, was delivered! The installers were prompt, efficient, friendly and conscientious! We are absolutely thrilled with the new windows!

Alexander Pridatko Came and explained everything about There product .And then They made installation of 9 widows on ore house piece of cake. We am weary satisfied width there Job ,they took care of the old windows and the new windows make house look inviting.

I replaced the wood windows on the front of the house. The sales person was very informative with respect to the manufacturing of the windows and the glass system and how the installation process works. There was a variety of colours available and styles to choose from. I was very happy with the installation. Good quality workmanship.
