I was extremely impressed with the quality of my new windows from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Alex Davidovitch was my salesman. Alex is a great guy to deal with. He is professional and ontime with his appointments. He took the time to explain the different options available to me and which option was best suited for my budget and household.. I had my windows replaced by Canadian Choice Windows. The salesman, Alexander Davidovitch, came over one evening and spent close to 2.5 hours explaining the company products, did an assessment of the windows, made useful recommendations on what would be suitable given our layout. Alexander gave us a warm and fuzzy feeling about his company’s commitment on providing the best level of service and customer satisfaction. A few days later, I had two other estimates done, but decided to stay with Canadian Choice Windows because of high degree of their genuine interest in providing a top notch service. The job was completed a few weeks later, owing to incremental weather, to our satisfaction. The workers had cloths all over the place and ensured that they had cleaned-up after themselves. Alexander Davidovitch had kept to his service guarantee and I am very pleased with the overall level of service. I have since recommended the company to my friends and will continue to stay with this company when I complete the remainder of my windows in 2012; kudos to Canadian Choice Windows and Alexander Davidovitch.

I had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. It started out with a very non-pushy sales guy (Alex Davidovitch), who i thought was very knowledgeable with the window products that he was selling. He was very knowledgeable with his products. He was also very professional and showed me lots of pictures of previous jobs that he accomplished. He always returned my calls and was very patient with me. Also, the entire installation crew was excellent. They were very clean, put drop sheets down on the floors where they were working, leveled the windows before they were installed, and then did an excellent job with the clean up. I would highly recommended them as a window replacement/installation company.

They did a great job, came up with a very reasonable quote and quick timeline, did an excellent job replacing all the windows, capping and sealing. All the work was done in a day and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Many thanks to Stan and the wonderful installation crew from Canadian Choice Windows. We contacted several companies as we knew replacing all our windows (on a corner lot) would be a large investment. Stan won us over with his knowledge, insight, suggestions, and the fact he was there to meet our needs and make us happy, not upsell like some of the other company reps. The install crew were professional and very nice. Not only do our new windows look fantastic, we immediately noticed the difference in temperature. No more drafts! Also, we were unsure of which glass to choose in our new front door.....Stan suggested one and thankfully we took his advice....it is beautiful. Thanks Stan! Thanks to everyone at Canadian Choice!

I consider myself a very thorough consumer and that was true for when I decided to replace my old wood windows on my 25 year old house. I did a lot of research on the types of windows to buy and I spoke to a lot of people in the industry. I had gotten quotes from some of the larger window companies out there that had good reputations and reviews, but I was still confused on what exactly to buy as each salesman that came to my house all suggested that there product and service was the best. That all changed when I had Alex Davidovitch from Canadian Choice Windows come and give me a quote. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and very patient, he understood right away that I had been shopping around and I had a lot of questions do ask. He was able to answer all my questions and more as well as educate me on some things I did not know about. Alex came to my house totally prepared with samples and literature and he was ready for even the most obscure questions about his product that I could come up with. Alex even put me in contact with the plant manager of the company that manufactures the window so I could ask him questions. Through all of this Alex stayed patient with me and never pressured me in any way for a sale. I decided to buy from Canadian Choice and I have to say the whole experience went extremely smooth. The windows were delivered when promised and installed by an excellent crew of workers led by Shlomo. My windows have been in for over a year now and there has been absolutely no issues with quality or workmanship of my windows. I have gone on to recommend Alex and Canadian Choice Windows to my friends. Sincerely A very satisfied customer

As a newer home owner that needed to replace windows and doors in my house, I was very cautious about who I was going to have do the work. I called multiple companies from the phone book and scheduled multiple appointments to see what each one offered. they were all very good at telling you why their products were the best but Canadian choice stood out from them all. Alex Davidovitch was the representative they sent out to quote me. He came in to my house with a very inviting, personable attitude that was refreshing. some of the other companies reps had zero personality. Canadian choice was not the cheapest nor the most expensive company out there, but Alex sure gave me the most knowledge on what to look for and what to stay away from all backed up with photos, displays and web sites. In the end i have replaced two of my worst windows in the house and the room temperatures were and instant difference which means energy savings in my pocket. I have just called Alex to get two more windows replaced as i have choosen to replace them in stages so I can save up the cash. Alex has not increased the cost on the original quote even those i am taking alot longer to get them all done. I highly recomend Alex from Canadian choice windows & doors. you wont be dissapointed, promise. K & L

When I planned to replace some windows in my house, I contacted few companies to get quoations. The salesmen who gave the quoates were okay but when Alexander Davidovitch from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors came to give the quote, he did an amazing job by educating me and my wife with the pros and cons and also went beyond the box to explain the details of what we will be getting with his company. The prizing was reasonable too and gave us a plan which was very fitting to our busy schedule. We decided to go with his company because of his work ethics and understanding. The work was done as it was promised to us. The best part was, Alex came to visit us once the work was completed and briefed us about the mechanism of the new windows and also gave some valuable tips on saving energy where we can save some money. He was a great person to deal with and a great asset to his company. We will reccomond Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to anyone looking for replacement windows and doors.
