My sales man was Oleg G. He was very helpful, polite and patient. Oleg answered all my questions and helped me pick the best windows for my home. The installers came later on in the week to take the final measurements. My installer Igor and his crew arrived in the morning and worked until it was dark. The job was completed in two days. I am very satisfied with the job.

Recently me and my husband decided to do some renovation in our house. I couldn't thank enough my husband for convincing me to hire Canadian Choice. Door was ordered with magnetic stripe and another small section was opening as well. It's make so easy to bring furniture in and out. After they install all windows and door our house become not only warmer but also nicer looking property. Thank you.

my windows installed on 7th of february,was a cold day, i had to install 12 windows and one door.Canadian choice send 3 guys in order to complete the job faster.We were very impressed with the craftmanship of the job.Big thanks to installer Simon and Bob. As soon we finish our staco we'll post the pictures.

We had our front doors replaced by Canadian Choice and eveything went well until the glass inserts started leaking. It took a few weeks but someone finialy showed up with some caulking.Worked until now, the doors started letting in air last year, It took 2 months to gt someone out to fix. Some different excuses ( wrong adress, there were already here ) And now this year both problems are back and there is frost comming in under the doors and I have had to call them a few times, and have been pased on to the company that makes the doors again. So I am guessing that I will be calling Canadian Choice every year!

After using Canadian Choice over the summer to replace a walk-in bay window in my master bedroom, I decided to bring them back in to replace an additional 15 more windows. Their team showed up on time, (I wish I knew their names), and immediately started ripping out all the old windows and replacing with the new. They were fast and courteous to my newly installed hardwood floors and interior renovations. They cleaned up every bit of mess inside (even some that they didn't make) and outside upon completion. The job was done incredibly well and I am nothing short of impressed with the outcome, the windows, and the 2 man crew who did it. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for windows to be replaced.

i am very hapy with this company's service. Stan was great from the in home introduction to the windows. The installation team were remarkable, working hard throughout the whole day. Cleanup was impeccable. Very happy customer.

Over the summer I have been receiving many phone calls to get my windows replace. I knew they were in bad shape, but it was not on our list for this year due to cost. Choice Windows called with a no committment estimate, and we thought what the heck lest just find out what is out there. They did not sure up for their initial appointment and I was not impressed, but for some reason rebook another appointment (they were busy with another client and was too late to make mine). Our first meeting with Stan, was informative, and there was no pressure. His attention to detail was bar non-- and provided us with many options and time to consider them. Once our decision was made the Customer Service from this company has been impeccable-- i do appreciate a company with great customer service where the push for profits are not seen by the customer. So far our experience is wonderful the windows and patio door looks absolutely beautiful, and I swear its instantly warmer inside our home. Can't wait to get the rest completed. Mike and his team (installation team) has been so professional. Quiet, willing to answer my many questions and you guys worked so quickly and effeciently. they also clean up after themselves.
