    Terrible Experience - do not recommend

    Terrible experience - The windows that were installed were not the type & of much lower quality than the type of window that the representative who came to our home described in our initial meeting. Windows were also installed months past the installation date that was written into the contract, which we would have understood except that no one from the company ever bothered to actually contact us and update us. Instead, we constantly had to reach out ourselves. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

    replacement of 10 windows and one sliding door

    they worked really hard all day and completed windows in one day. My only suggestion is that homeowners should do to prepare would be to convert all personal items in the room with sheets to keep the dust from getting on items and making clean up more difficult

    Fantastic service

    The installers were fantastic. Did great work, left no mess, always asked if we had any questions and were so polite. They removed and discard the windows, installed the new windows, cleaned up any old caulking or reminents, and put up new window trim. By the time they left it was Iike no work had been done, except for a little dust on the floor and bright and beautiful new windows! We were really dreading this project and they just blew us away.

    Windows and Doors Replacement

    We are very happy with our new windows and doors, 2 doors and 9 windows replaced with Canadian Choice which are high quality and looks really amazing. Joe was an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowlegeable, friendly and professional. Always available to answer my questions and concerns before the installation. Installers were also polite and friendly. They did a great job! Thank you! We are so happy and would definitely recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Thank you guys soooo much!

    New Windows and doors installed

    We had new windows and patio door and front door installed by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and could not be anymore happier with our decision. The sales rep Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and took his time to explain everything to us. Installer Mykhailo and his crew were fantastic. They are highly skilled at what they do and hard working. They were meticulous with installing our windows and doors. Very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend them and the company to anyone looking for windows or doors. We love the new look and are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product. Can not say enough good things about this company. Thank you.

    Bay Window

    I am very pleased with both of the new windows. The installers were very professional and made sure all the mess was cleaned up before leaving. I have already recommended them to my friends.

    New Casement Windows and Front Door

    These folks were a pleasure to do business with. Right from the sales rep thru to the installation team and the contact persons in the office - everyone was professional and courteous. The product quality and installation were outstanding. There was one minor follow up necessary on one window caulking which was handled immediately and to my total satisfaction. I would not hesitate recommending these folks for your windows or door requirements.

    Window replacement

    Smooth process start to finish, great communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff, installers were efficient and tidied up well, showed me what was being done and why. A special shout out to Jemal who started the process with the quote, very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure sales and great follow up!

    Windows, patio doors and front Door

    Mike the sales man was great in explaining the process and the windows. He was very receptive and did a great job in answering all of our questions. The installation team came in and removed and installed our windows lightning fast. They dropped some tarps on the floor to ensure our floors were protected and kept clean. The only reason I didn't give these guys a 10 star rating, is our trim looks silly as it differs from window to do door to patio door. Because of variations in the openings of windows and door ways the trim that they had wouldn't fit. They did what they could with what they had, but over all I have three different trims on various windows and doors. A little upset by this. Other than that, it was a great install and the windows and front door look amazing.
