New Windows & Patio Door - Rita
Canadian Choice Windows & Doors was the best decision I made for my Renovations. Tony D. was professional from start to finish. His experience and knowledge helped make my new windows & patio door selection & installation seamless. He followed up with me at every stage of the process. The installers were punctual, professional, polite and left the property clean. I would highly recommend CCWD to my friends, family and neighbors. Thank you Tony!

Fabulous Work
We had gotten the 1st portion of our windows done through Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. The sales rep who we worked with was a young man named Alex. Everything went very smoothly. We ordered black windows inside and outside, and the process couldn't have gone any better/easier then exactly what we were promised. Can't wait to get the rest of the home done next year! I recommend this company every time. Thanks for all the great work!

New Windows
Recently had 11 new windows installed and very pleased with the service and product. Igor was project manager, and from the first time we met he was very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, answered every question and clearly delivered. The installation teams were so impressive, efficient and fast, with no sacrifice to attention to detail. Work space was cleaned every day. We did compare options and will say Canadian Choice demonstrated a real want for the business. No problem recommending Igor and his team. Wishing we had done more windows.

4 new Windows
Joe met me at the house. Very professional and great to talk it. He was very knowledgeable when asked questions. Waited a bit for insulation, but well worth it. Insulation was handled great and professional. Clean up and took everything away. I Would recommend to use Choice Windows and Doors to everyone.

House windows!
My windows project was better then I could imagine. Stan came to my home explained everything, answered all my questions, gave his opinions and what I got I couple not be happier. Slav and his crew installed my windows over 3 days. Cleaned up each day after themselves. True professionals. If looking to change or add windows to your home. This is the company to call. Ask for Stan. I’m in love with my windows. The look of my house feels so much brighter/spacious.

Window Replacement in Old House
We were very happy with the salesman Joe and the installers Tim and Alec of our new windows. We replaced 5 windows in the top floor of our almost 100 year old house and they look great. We are first time home owners and had a lot of questions and the team did a great job answering them.

Window replacement
Joe was absolutely wonderful. His professionalism was above all others. Joe came to our house, was super friendly, made us feel safe and relaxed. He gave us suggestions about what kind of windows would suit us and spent a lot of time on answering every question we had. (He even loved up our dog!). On installation day, Joe made sure everything was set up correctly. The installers were polite and efficient. We had a small issue with a window and a missing screen. We contacted Joe at 9:30pm after the window were finished thinking g Joe would respond in the morning but Joe went above and beyond as our sales rep and had answers for us immediately. Every time we contacted Joe after that, he responded within minutes, and always with answers for us. We will recommend Joe and Canadian Choice Windows to all our friends and coworkers. Thank you Joe and the service department for everything!

windows replacement and patio door
Salesman Tim Anderson did a wonderful job explaining the product and giving us a decent quote and timeline. The installers Vitaly, Roman and young Jacob did an absolute 100% professional job (something I have not seen in a many years). Their attention to detail, installation and finish was beyond what I and my wife expected. If anyone is interested in getting a real professional company to do excellent quality work then I suggest you give them a phone call. Barry and Carolina Cicalo

It started with Joe your sales guy. He was thorough and very easy going .Also helped with the recommendations . Very satisfied with the windows and the installation crew. They where very polite and courteous. I will recommend Canadian Choice when asked about windows. Thanks Martin and Susan Vandenberk

Whole house window replacement
The sales person did not tell the truth about how the windows I was ordering would be and when the windows were installed and I pointed out they were the wrong windows I was told the windows I was expecting do not exist. I spoke with the company and they offered to replace the windows with a different type. When I followed up they said they cannot replace the windows but they can offer a discount. When I followed up again they said they will not be giving any discount. I keep being told that the manager Richelle will call me but she has not and it is impossible to get a hold of her on the phone. This issue has still not been resolved. Luckily the other 9 windows were fine and the installer did a good job although he did not do the finishing on the outside as we are waiting for a resolution on the 5 incorrect windows.

Thank you for your review Ms. Gonzalez, your contract was very clear including diagrams of each window, you were never promised new windows as Canadian Choice supplied and installed all products per the contract you signed, you were never offered a discount as again all products were per the contract you signed. The manager Richelle did in fact speak with. Our installation department did come back and finished the exterior work. WE hope you will enjoy your new windows for years to come.
