It all started approximately five years ago when we purchased our new home. The windows in the whole house started to develop mold around the frame of the windows. They seem to always be wet in the colder months. Then the downstairs windows, which was made from wood also started developing mold. My husband and I each year used every type of product out there to eradicate this problem to no avail. We called Canadian Choice Windows to inspect the windows and give us a solution. The solution was to replace all the windows and doors in the house because the mold had developed on the windows and was not going to go away. We were not expecting this cost but knew that they needed to be replaced or get sick from the mold. Stan Rait our sales representative ordered the windows and doors, with a turnaround time of two months. Canadian Choice called to advise me that the windows and doors were ready and could we please set up a date for installation. Slava and Dmitri arrived on time on the set date and the installation took three days. The service was excellent and the two gentlemen were very polite and professional. At the end of all the installation we were given instructions on how the windows operated. Perfect I said! We walked around and inspected each window and noticed that two of the windows had scratches on them. Pictures were taken and forwarded to the appropriate department for a remake. The remade windows arrived six weeks later (due to the delay with Covid) and installed by Michael and his associate. It took them all of ten minutes to replace the glass in the windows. Joe Waddell came to complete a quote for my new door and 4 windows that needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and showed a bunch of options that were in our budget. It was really great that this company had a payment plan option and Joe explained the whole process. He was quick with replying to my questions via text during the whole wait up to installation and made sure things were ran smoothly. They did measurements within a week and the install was fast and clean! Installer even offered offered come back if there were any issues. It hasn't even been a week and we can already tell the difference of having better insulation for our windows and front door. I highly recommend this company and Joe Waddell to work with for your windows and door. I look forward to working with Joe again in the future! Hello, we contacted this company and met with Vince our sales rep. He was very professional and took the time to teach us on options and answer any questions. Felt a little rushed when presented on pricing and having to make a quick decision but Vince was always available to answer questions . Told we would see install team in 7 days to measure . The 2 gentlemen showed up within that widow and were very polite and answered a lot of my questions as I was concerned about retro install. Was told the install would be scheduled for April . Called Vince mid April as I have not heard a anything . Within a day had confirmation on scheduled date May . Not really an issue for me as I had flexibility in my schedule . Week of install I had not heard anything from company and again called Vince to confirm as I had already reschedule my schedule for the install . Within a day install was confirmed and install team showed up. My 2 installers were very polite and worked very hard all day . They would show up around 9 am and work until 7pm . I don’t believe they were the original planned installers with the push to confirm my install date as they were not the team measuring the first time but that maybe by design. Either way they were a little behind because I had very high widows and they needed to get scaffolding that was not available. This pushed the project out one day past our planned schedule but like I said earlier I was flexible with my schedule . Quality of work was good , retro fit allowed us not to affect the inside of the house very convenient just some small touch up needed . Small caulking issues but very minor . Some small damage to my siding when removing but in my case I am replacing siding so not an issue . Clean up very good most days found 1 piece of glass on my drive way . Not a huge deal for the work I have a very large wall of widows in the back of my house hard to install . They were left very dirty . I would say this was rushed on last day . I am hoping when I go to clean no issues . 3 days after install a small crack started to show on a kitchen window. I contacted Vince and within min he sent me a link to schedule my concern. Have not completed yet so I will see how that goes . Overall all so far very happy with the quality of widows and service . I will definitely contact them again for future projects.

I had old windows in my kitchen that needed replacing. Customer service was excellent. All delivery dates were accurate and installation was professional and quick. Windows are well constructed. I recommend this company!

Sales rep sold my mother windows. They installed them my mom paid for the service. Shortly after install she realized they were all the wrong colours. She reached out to the sales rep and ask about it. He said he would fix the problem. He never did or filed any paperwork. My mother is 70+ and is a nurse so she forgot about it until we decided to sell the house recently. A few years passed and we brought up the issue. The company refused to admit any fault because my mother trusted the sales rep to file a claim. Brutal. They claim the discolouration is from the sun or possibly a chemical. The pictures clearly show they are mix matched.

Sliding door replacement went well although the screen door was shipped without the proper locking mechanism
