    Front and patio doors

    The quote process was quick and easy and was very low pressure. Our salesman (Oleg) was pretty awesome to deal with. We paid our deposit and waited for our install date. Our install was scheduled for a Wednesday. The Friday before our scheduled install we received a call asking if we could move our install date to the Tuesday instead. I called work and was able to change my vacation day to the Tuesday so we went ahead with the day change. Tuesday morning comes and I drop the dog off at the dog sitter. By 11:30 in the morning I get the idea that something is up. After several calls back and forth to the office I am told they are not able to reach the installed and to not expect them that day. So that is vacation day #1 lost. Our next appointment is scheduled for the following Tuesday. I book another vacation day. Monday at 5 pm I receive a call the installer can't make my appointment the next day. It is too late to change my vacation day, so that is vacation day #2 lost. I then receive a call asking if they can come on Wednesday. We book the appointment and I take vacation day number 3. The installers showed up at my house on time and ready to work. Super nice guys. AND... The front door is the wrong size. Not a little wrong but 6" wrong. They built my door 6" wrong. We went ahead with the patio door install. While the guys did an amazing job on the patio door they developed a plan to install the front door. They assured me they can "make it work". We went ahead with the front door after I was told it would be a 4 month wait for a new front door to be made. The door looks good. It isn't "brick to brick" as I had ordered but the installers did an amazing job making up for the factories error.

    Windows

    My family and I were very happy to have chosen this company Canadian Windows to renovate our home windows. A job very well done and cleanliness, and the crew very friendly. I would recommended to my friends and family.

    Replace 5 windows in my garage + 1 windowsill

    Appointment was made for a visit from the manager, measurements were taken, a quote was given to me, , ...later installers came to take precise measurements and shortly after a call came for the installation date. Everything was done properly and on time.

    Door installs

    The doors look fantastic! Everyone was professional and respectful from Alex our sales rep to the installers Uri and Kyle. I would recommend them to everyone. They were great! Wonderful job!

    Bay Window

    I highly recommend Canadian choice windows. Jemal was absolutely helpful, responding quickly with all the questions and concerns I had regarding a brick-to-brick bay window installation. There was a small hiccup with the installation date but then it was rectified and booked just a week later with many apologies. Vladimir (installer) was meticulous and professional; he exceeded my expectations listening carefully to all my detailed requests. I couldn’t be happier. Clean up left everything spotless and tidy. I will recommend Canadian choice to all my family and friends.

    Five Windows plus Patio Door

    The whole experience was great from start to finish. We went with Canadian Choice because our daughter did the research last year with 4 other companies plus Canadian Choice. She choose Canadian Choice as well. They were not the cheapest but they were the best. (NOT a lot more expensive). The salesmen at both jobs were great, we mentioned to the second salesman how pleased my daughter was with the installers so he sent the same ones to our house. Awesome, friendly & professional. Thanks guys.

    Joe the sales rep helped us make all the small choices we never would have thought of to make the new window look perfect

    Had windows installed, installers and consultant, professional conduct. Answered all questions, quite pleased. Would recommend.

    Window Replacement

    I am very happy with the job done. Windows replaced by Canadian Choice Windows&Doors was stress free experience. The installation crew: Igor, Alex, Mike was prompt,well organized and efficient. Project manager Igor very professional and knowledgeable,very detail oriented,proactive and personable. I made very good decision by choosing Canadian Choice Windows&Doors.     30 Window install - ENTIRE HOME

    Canadian Choice was nothing less than perfection. The job was completed on time and WITH VIRTUALLY NO MESS. The installers were professional, and clean! I was provided assurances that the work would be flawlessly completed, and to my pleasant surprise they exceeded my expectations and their promises. My new windows are beautiful, functional and best of all i have a direct contact to service a lifetime warranty if/when i will ever need to in the future. I highly recommend Simon and his crew!
