Blair came out and was incredibly informative and very helpful with the choices. He brought samples and came back for another consultation when we had more questions. He also dropped by to check on our installation....incredible customer service! Alex and his team did the installation of our new front door and windows. He came to do the measurements and was very professional. The door and windows look amazing, the colour choice is perfect, the installation was perfect and they left after they had gone through how everything worked and totally cleaned up. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Great service from start to finish. Stan was our sales rep. He has been with the company many years and was able to provide advice and recommendations, which we took (and boy were we happy we did!!) Michael was the installer. He and his team were amazing. Fast, clean and precise. The windows look amazing inside and out and it's like we are in a new home. Getting compliments from everyone. We will be using them to replace our doors down the line. I highly recommend Canadian Choice!

I recently had Canadian Choice Windows and Doors replace the windows in my home. The price, the service, and the install were all exceptional. From the initial sales visit through to install they were nothing but prompt, professional, polite, and respectful. We have lived in a century-old home for 20+ years and finally decided to update all the windows. Some of the old ones were undoubtedly the originals - built to last but in rough shape and certainly inefficient. We set up an appointment with Tony at Canadian Choice after having received quotes from 3 competitors. Tony was knowledgeable, helpful, and pragmatic in discussing what would best suit our needs, rather than what he might be able to talk us into. The price was the best that we had seen, and much lower than some of the others that we had received. 17 windows in all, plus a French door that was a non-standard size. We placed the order in Feb, 2020 but our installation was delayed due to the Covid-19 crisis. Having waited 20+ years a few more months made little difference and it was out of everyone's control. The new windows were installed on June 18. It was originally scheduled as a 2-day installation but they sent 2 crews over and it was completed in a single (long) day. Simon was the head installer and he and the 3 other crew members were great. Very experienced, respectful of spaces with most of the family in the house (even the dog), pleasant, good sense of humour, and very hard working. Clean-up was good and they made sure that we were familiar with the operation of the windows before leaving. Tony even showed up at lunch with the lock mechanisms for the door, as they hadn't been placed on the truck. The windows look fabulous and we couldn't be more pleased. We would 100% recommend Canadian Choice and would recommend Tony personally - very straightforward and honest in an industry that has all kinds of characters. Simon and the rest of his crew were top notch - and even entertaining (like showing up first thing in the morning and saying they were here to replace the roof - ha). We're not people for gushing reviews but we are very satisfied customers and are very happy with a good product at a great price.

We had Canadian Choice last year with Kevin and their Install team Jason Colin and Chris and they were awesome start to finish. Many people on our street have use them over the years and we are having them back top quality and great service and people. I trust them to be in my home with my family very professional experience.

We live in an old home and desperately needed new windows and door! I found this company and made an appointment ASAP! Joe came to our home and sat down with us and told us everything we needed to know . He measured and walked through the house and then gave us the best options! We signed up without hesitation! The men came today and quickly installed all our windows within hours and didn’t leave any mess behind! Superb! Will recommend to everyone !

I just had my windows installed in my new house and I'm very impressed. I dealt with the sales representative Jemal, and I must say he was extremely thorough and had no pressure at all. Jemal was very easy to work with and he was able to recommend the ideal windows we needed. I used a low grade window company at my last property because the price was right, but I learned the very hard way that you get what you pay for. I can now see the difference when you pay a little more for quality. The installation team was very efficient and surprisingly tidied up really well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Jemal to friends and family. 5 Stars!!!
