    Window install

    Max was our contact and he gave us very good service from the initial appointment through to follow up. It was seamless, the whole project. And he was reachable at all times. The price quoted was fair and we we’re pleased. The date given for the install was met with very little change. The men who came to do the install were professional, respectful and great at covering furniture and clean up. They had the install complete in under 3 hours. So well done. We will go through them again for our next window project.

    Window Renovation

    We are extremely happy with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors . From the beginning the project manager IGOR presented all of the options that were available for our replacement windows and doors including types, styles and environmental options. The product were delivered on time and the installation crew were extremely customer focused and friendly. I'm rather to recommend CCWD to my friends.

    New front entry door

    Totally satisfied! From sale to installation. We are thrilled! I highly recommend Canadian Choice and very pleased with sales rep Serge. The work performed by KY & team (2 men). Excellent job, on time and full clean up. Thanks!

    Window replacement

    Stan was informative and helpful. Peter and Neil were efficient and competent. I would recommend them if you are looking to replacing windows. Stan is an honest guy and Peter is a hard worker.

    I'm very happy with my new windows, I've got a great experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Alex - the Regional Manager was fantastic and really professional! I recommend this company.

    Great Experience, Highly Recommended

    Great Experience with Canadian Choice Windows. Had a great initial informative session with Jemal. He was down to earth, and explained every in detail with patience. I was already weary about the other 2 guys from the other competitors that gave us a quote. But Jemal gave us a very fair and competitive price, and it just felt right, so we ran with it. Every window in the house, plus 2 doors. Install was a 2 day ordeal. The installation team were very efficient, respectful and cleaned up afterwards. My wife and I love the new feel, the house is cozy and warm again. Its like night and day. We already recommended Jemal and the installation team to our neighbors. Well worth the money!! 10/10

    Replace 5 large windows

    We are very pleased with Canadian Choice Windows and the product they produce and the installation. From the start to the finished product, everything went smoothly, meeting our expectations that we were given from the first day we requested a free quote. Our sales manager Kevin, was very accommodating to all our questions and concerns and made an extra trip out to our home to address some options we couldn't decide on by ourselves. He was prompt and getting us any additional information we requested. The crew was very good, courteous and efficient for the installation. The worksite was cleaned up and all salvaged material and garbage was hauled away as per the contract which is a great for homeowners. One of the screen frames on a casement windows had a scuff mark on the frame and the screen had a rip in it, which the foreman ensured as well as Kevin, that it would be replaced the next time they were in our area. We are very happy with our new windows and our expectations were exceeded with the finished product. We would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows to anyone that is looking at window replacements.

    Window installation

    We met with a number of window companies before deciding on Canadian Choice Windows. We live in a Century old home and were concerned that the installation of new windows would damage the interior trim work in our home. Stan met with us and answered all of our questions patiently. He assured us that there would be no damage to our carefully preserved window trim. Yuri and his assistant, Mark, arrived on time. They worked diligently throughout the day. The windows were installed carefully with excellent results. We are very pleased with our new windows. We notice a big difference in the energy efficiency in our home already. We plan to have the remaining windows in our home replaced in the near future. Thank you to Stan, Yuri and Marc for the wonderful job. We appreciate it.

    2 Projects: (1) replace all windows; (2) replace front door

    Approximate cost is for both projects. Windows were $22K, front door $3K. We were very happy with the products and service provided by Canadian Choice. Marina was very helpful and responsive, providing good advice and responding to our questions. Yuri's installation work was well done. Both responded quickly to our calls or emails, and advised us in advance if work had to be delayed for some reason. We would recommend Canadian Choice to anyone looking to replace doors or windows.     All new windows

    We bought a 110+ year old home that was very much in need of upgrades and some love. While we received lower quotes for replacing all windows (one competitor even went so far to offer to beat their cost by 10%), meeting with Kevin and discussing our options we felt Canadian Choice was the right company to go with and we're glad we did. While there was a bit of a wait for the install to take place, it was well worth it. We had 9 windows replaced in one day. The crew was polite, efficient, laid out cloth to walk on so as not to track snow/dirt everywhere (only thing they didn't cover was the staircase, but for safety concerns I understand why), and they wiped the windows and vacuumed on their way out. We had to do a second vacuum after-the-fact as a Dyson beats a shop vac for the fine particulars every time, but we're still renovating so it's all good.
