From the sales rep quotation to installation, the complete process was effective, efficient and professionally done. Out of the 3 quotes I received for replacing windows, Stan was the only Sales Rep that came well prepared including bringing a sample of an old window and the new window. He is very knowledgeable in the product that he sells. He explained the differences between the two products and how we save energy with the new windows. Stan also assisted me with selecting the new windows (casement vs awning) including which direction to open the casement windows (left or right) he paid attention to every detail. The customized windows were ordered and took a month to manufacture. The office contacted me to schedule the installation date. The installation team (total of 3) lead by Mike, arrived on time and replaced all the windows and patio doors in 1 day! They worked well together and non-stop all day. I was very impressed with the quality of work and how fast they completed the installation. After the installation I found a manufacture glass defect (scratch) on two of the windows. Mike took down the information and reported it to the office. In two weeks the two window panes (custom ordered) were replaced by the manufacturer. Stan followed up with me at the end to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I love my new windows and doors! I will definitely refer Canadian Choice Windows & Doors and look forward to replacing my windows and doors in the front of the house sometime in the future :)
