11 Windows & One Sliding Patio Door Installation
I accessed the On-Line Contact through Facebook; was contacted by Olga and obtained the quote. Agreed to the Purchase and Installation - Olga was fantastic and her service has been exceptional; Alik and Eugene were the Installers and the quality of their work is exceptional; all the cleanup was done as well. You don't have to buy your windows from Canadian Choice Windows & Doors - but your are crazy if you don't. And ask for Olga - she will take care of you from the beginning to the end of the last detail.

Would recommend
I have bought windows from this company before and find them easy to deal with. Kevin came in a timely manner to give a quote that was competitive with other 2 quotes. Chris and Colin did an excellent job on installation, including problem solving as they installed 3 bow windows.

Sliding Door and Window
Great experience and service. The technician was very helpful, fixed the sliding door and window that were previously installed by the company and answered any questions I had. Showed up on time, was efficient, and did not leave any mess. Quality work, service and product. Would highly recommend

Window installation
Love the new windows. It was done quick and efficiently but the windows were a bit smaller than I realized and the frame was a bit bigger. None the less super happy with the results.

Horrible Business. Unprofessional and Unreliable.
Did not show up for the installation appointment. Will not recommend to anybody. Please do a thorough online research on this company before proceeding We were given an installation date of Wednesday, November 6th for 08:00 a.m. and instructed by e-mail to remove all window treatments, and clear the areas of all furniture and cover anything that could be affected by dust prior to the installation. Received a call at 09:00 a.m. telling us the installation was cancelled because the windows weren't ready. They hadn't received the glass from their supplier. I questioned how it was possible they didn't know of this problem in advance but received no satisfactory answer. I found this behavior very suspicious so I did some research on the internet and discovered to my dismay they are unreliable and there are many negative reviews and photos of their shoddy work. (I can send photos to anyone who is interested.) They offered to reschedule for two weeks later. We declined and said we wanted to cancel. However, when they called us back, we were told we could not cancel because the ten day grace period had passed and we were obligated to take the windows or they would refer this matter to legal services. We have lost all confidence in their products and services. They expect us to live like this as seen in the photos for two weeks.

Happy Happy
The Company Rep Jamel was very knowledgeable about the product. He responded to my calls and emails. Jamel kept me update with each step and the process. Igor was the installer was able to fix a problem I had right away.

Window Replacement
We got an estimate from Stan to replace 7 windows. His product knowledge, enthusiasm and pleasant personality was what sold us on Canadian Choice windows. He was the only rep who brought an actual window sample to demonstrate the technology and quality behind the products. He also answered any of our questions in a timely manner. The installation was completed in 1 1/2 days, was seamless, and the installers were clean and meticulous.

Double Door adjustment
I purchased beautiful double front doors for my home 5 years ago. Recently, I was having trouble getting the bolt lock to open or close. The bolt was not aligning with the hole. I called Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and they sent a service man out in a short time. Jason fixed the problem within 10 minutes. I am very happy with my doors and with the service I received.

Finally getting a chance to enter our quick positive comments. Jamie and his installing crew with Alexi did an outstanding job. Every part of the installation was done as proposed and in the time line estimated. Plus they left a clean house and yard. We are very satisfied and the company is even doing the paperwork for the rebate to come back to us. Thanks again
