Had Cosmopolitan perform a service on my furnace. Work was excellent, took lots of time to explain everything to me and I felt very comfortable that the job was done well. Great work!

I was shopping around for Amana High Efficiency furnace and found this company from Google search, visited their website to find out more about the company, while browsing their website an online chat popped up on which the manager “Sam” was online to assist. I was not only quoted online for the product I was looking for but also all my questions were patiently answered. Sam was detailed about the product/installation/warranty and their price. As that was my initial start for the quotes I got some very knowledgeable information from him on how to select the product and the right contractor to install the heater for me. The information which was shared by him helped me to decide who to give my business. I didn’t felt any sales pressure and was constantly getting useful information from him which is why I took his desk number. Later on, I called two other companies who quoted very competitive price but considering the time and the information which was shared by Cosmopolitan Manager Sam online I decided to call him and give my business. On the day of installation two of their nicely dressed technicians Fred and Kyle came to install our furnace and after introducing themselves in a lovely way they covered the floor with red carpet and went to install the furnace in the basement. The installation took four hours; I was later on showed how to operate the furnace properly and how to avoid unnecessary breakdowns. Cosmopolitan office took care of all my warranty and rebates paper work and also sent me a product manual in mailer. My overall experience with this company from start to finish was excellent. I’ll be calling them to have my air conditioner maintain in spring and will recommend this company and specially Sam in specific to everyone who is looking for professionals to take care of their Heating and Cooling needs.

First of all let me commend Ather on his exemplary work. This isn't the first time Ather has worked at my home and each time he comes I am blown away by his performance. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing so that I can understand and is extremely professional and friendly. Ather is extremely meticulous in his work and really represents Cosmopolitan as a professional and effective company. I would definitely recommend anyone on using Cosmopolitan, especially if Ather is working!

Had a new furnace and a/c installed. I had a few companies come in and give quotes for the job. I decided to go with Cosmopolitan after researching them online. Fahim, came out, gave a great deal for the project and checked in multiple times when Fred was installing the equipment. I would like to commend the awesome job that Fred did. I had some companies refuse to install as the furnace room is a really tight fit. But Fred got the job done when I thought it was impossible to do so. Will definitely send referrals their way.

Its been 2 years since I bought my Furnace / Air Conditioner from Cosmopolitan. I have been regularly doing the maintenance with them. I have to commend Ather Hasan the service technician for the excellent job he does. He takes time to explain exactly what he is doing, he is very punctual and pays attentions to details. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to service their Furnace / Air Conditioner.

I bought a furnace 3 years ago from Cosmopolitan and because I was so pleased with their product decided to call them for a yearly maintainance check. They sent Ather Hasan. I was very pleased with his attention to detail. He was very thorough, did not rush the job and even showed me and my son how to change filters and also noticed that the battery was low in my thermostat and changed that and programmed it for us and I was very pleased that I was charged the amount originally quoted on the phone. Way to go Cosmo! Thank you Ather!

our 20 years furnace gave up on us. We called many places to change our furnace and ac quickly. Cosmopolitan installer Fred and his helper came to our house and installed the furnace and air condition same day. they also changed our thermostate.

called to book an appointment last friday, and they had availability for saturday (the nxt day) the guy on the phone said the service included video before and after, the duct cleaning and the disinfectant. few hours later got a call back because a mistake was made and they couldn't come on Saturday so therefore we rescheduled for Sunday ( i didn't mind since i was home either day) Sunday came and I noticed a missed call around 1215. I called them back, they said due to bad weather they will have to reschedule. i was disappointed to say the least as the weather seemed fine to me. I advised him that the weather is fine here and i dont wish to reschedule. he put me on hold and after calling i guess the person who was supposed to come, he came back and said ok he will be there in an hour. i asked what changed ? he said it will be someone els. ok thats great. sure enough within the hour a gentleman came and started to check where he would be setting up the vacuum. After a walk through the house, i introduced myself and asked if he can explain a little bit of what he was going to do since this is the first time i get duct cleaning done (recently bought home) so he took us down to the furnace and explained how it works, where air is sucked in and then enters the furnace then out.... also gave us good tips. He was very kind to reduce the price by 49$ because the sq was less than 2000. He actually called himself and had it reduced. Once he opened a square hole close to the furnace he plugged in a vacuum that ran from the truck through our basement window, he then went to every vent in every room and used an air gun that was also attached to the truck to remove debris. he gave a good tip. to vacume the vents that take in air. He also blew out the area where the furnace sits and our dryer vent area (this was a bit messy but it was in the basement so not really a problem ) Our vents were not really that dirty when we looked with the camera, though it was kind of hard to see properly but he also checked with his fingers and it wasn't that bad. There was an air in take upstairs that was in a wall between a bedroom and the hallway (this was the messiest it got) which wasn't that bad just a bit of dust came out when he blew it from the bedroom side through to the hallway. after he was done i asked what type of disinfectant they use and he told me it wasn't necessary and he wouldnt do that anyways because the liquid is frozen. I was upset because no one told me this and i was told it was included but since he had already given us a discount and cleaned our dryer and furnace area i decided i got a better deal. overall i think it took him 40min and he was kind and pleasant. I forgot his name but he was nice enough to ask if we were ok with everything before he left. The reason i gave them a 4 out of 5 for satisfaction and 3 out of 5 for recomendation is because of the reschedule even though i was ok with sunday it could have been inconvenient for anyone if that was the day they took off from work to be able to have the service done and then also because they tried to reschedule again and last because of the disinfectant, we were not advised that it wouldn't be available oh and we didn't get to see the after video, we forgot to ask. overall though the gentleman like i said was very pleasant Thank you again an update : i changed the rating from 6 to 8 because the Manager called and apologised for the reschedual and also offered a discount for furure duct cleaning. He asked if id rethink the rating I originally had. Though I've not receive the email, this showed some out reach to their customers. Id like to add as well, the guy who came to do the duct cleaning did take his shoes off at the door (for those who care) the truck was all white no logos from the company but he said it was a new truck and they haven't put the logos on as of yet.

I really cannot say enough nice things about Ather Hasan. This is the second time he has come to help us with our furnace, and we will continue to seek out his assistance when we need it. He is warm, honest and fair. He takes great pride in explaining what he is doing, and ensuring that all of his clients are well taken care of. It is rare to come across somebody so invested in his work. Highly recommended!!!!

Furnace was installed by cosmopolitan Mech technician Fred and Tod is working excellent. It is very quite and we are enjoying our new purchase. We are happy and satisfied with cosmopoltan mechanical services work.
