    Air Conditioner & Furnace

    I would like to write a testimonial regarding Mr. Hasan Ather whom I first met some 3 years ago when I purchased a new air conditioning unit and furnace from him. He was extremely informative at that time and guided me through the details of what was needed and put all my fears to rest. Since that time Hasan has serviced both my air conditioner and furnace each spring and fall. He is a very knowledgeable and professional person, shows attention to detail and is extremely competent. Hasan is willing to answer questions and advise in a way that is understandable to a non-technical person such as myself. Hasan is punctual and reliable and I would not hesitiate to recommend Hasan to any of my friends or family who require his services.     Furnace Cleaning

    Hasan Ather serviced our furnace for the second year in a row and both times I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise. His service was courteous, personable, and he was able to improve the operation of our furnace prior to the important winter season.

    Furnace service

    Cosmopolitan has taken care of our furnace & hot water ever since the furnace which came with the house gave out a few years back. The original installers of our new furnace -- not Cosmopolitan, but representatives of the furnace maker -- made some mistakes setting things up, Cosmopolitan got in quickly and got things working right. Hasan Ather has been providing our service from the beginning, and has always done a bang-up job.

    Lennox EL195E Furnace

    very satisfied with cosmopolitan technician workmanship. Installation was quick, neat and clean. Furnace is very quite and works great. We have received $250 Rebate from government. All paper work was done by company. I would say excellent service and excellent product and excellent installers.

    Furnace, AC and tl water heater

    I have been a customer Cosmopolitan since 2010. The installation of the new furnace, AC and tank-less water heater were completed by very professional technicians who were friendly, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Each year after, Hasan Ather came to service these products. Always punctual, Hasan goes out of his way to educate me about ways upkeep their inefficiencies. He makes you feel like a valued customer with his friendliness, professionalism and pride in the work that he does. This makes me a very loyal customer and I would highly recommend this company. The price is always fair cause you pay for what you get, and with this company at times you get more. Thanks to Hasan and the staff who are always nice to deal with and talk to, including Greg and Scott.

    Duct cleaning

    Having bought a new home I wanted to have the ducts cleaned. The technician showed up within the stated time window and set up his equipment. He cleaned all the ducts and vents but also left behind more of a mess than there was earlier. There were a couple of smaller things here and there also where I think he could have behaved more professionally. But in the end the ducts are much cleaner than they used to be and I'm pretty satisfied with the overall job and price.

    Furnace Maintenance

    We recently had our furnace serviced by Cosmopolitan. Hasan the technician that did the job was very professional, efficient and on time. This is the second time we've had them service our furnace since we've had them install it a few years ago and are very pleased with our purchase and the service they provide after the fact.

    Cosmoplitan Mechanical Services

    Hassan Athar visted our home for maintenance of our furnace and air conditioner from Cosmopolitan. He was very punctual and called before he came to let me know that he would be arriving. It was great that he explained what he was doing while he was at my home so that I could actually see what I was paying for. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend Cosmoplitan to my family and friends.

    Furnace and A/C Maintenance

    We recentaly had serviced furnace and A/C serviced by Cosmopolitan technician Hasan Ather. Very impressed with level of service, punctuality and competitive price. I would recommend Cosmopolitan mechanical to anyone.

    service an air conditioner

    The first time they called me to service my new air conditioner, which they installed a year ago, the technician did not show up for the scheduled appointment. The next time they called and scheduled an appointment the technician phoned before coming and was very efficient, knowledgable and helpful.
