    Air conditioner Installation

    Service was top notch!.. from the sales person Mr Khurram Zaki to Mike, the engineer who installed the Air Conditioner. All I can say is that one needs to look for both price, as well as installation quality. I am a new home buyer and the quality of this contractor is the same as the builder. I don't see a thing, and that is good.

    Replacing OLD boiler

    Shan and his team did an excellent job replacing our 1922 boiler. Their price was higher than other quotes but they seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took care of everything, they coordinated the removal company to remove the huge/scary boiler and they installed the new one in 1-day. There was no drain in the boiler room but they were able to run some extra piping to make it work and still look good! I found them to be polite, and very professional. I will be contacting them soon for AC. I highly recommend them!!!

    Furnace, Water Heater and Air Conditioner

    We have now had Cosmopolitan install a new furnace, water heater and air conditioner over the last 5 months, and are very happy, especially with their service and expertise. The level of service and continuity of people has been exceptional, from Kevin in the office, to Arshad on the in-home consultation and most recently Arshad and David on installation. A couple of the jobs were a bit tricky - in fact another company told us we didn't have space for the water heater we wanted - but these guys really know their stuff and figured out a way to make it fit. Their response is fast too - I called with a pre-installation question about our air conditioner and the installer came by same day to have a look and make sure we could run the cables where we wanted. We felt in very good hands all the way through - every installer was punctual, focused, enthusiastic and knowledgeable - I didn't know it was possible to be so passionate about heating and air conditioning - but apparently it is.

    New AC Unit

    Based on all 10s here, I hired them for the installation of AC Unit at my new home. To begin with, their prices were higher than what I had from their competitors. But, I managed to bring their price down to the lowest bid I had. So that was a good start. The installation, the guy did very good job, clean the space after finishing the job as well as explained me about the machine. The electrical inspection was also done on time …. The only issue I had during the process, was not getting copy of my invoice. But, when I first posted the review on this blog, they really took matter very seriously. My sales person called me 5 times in 2 days. Finally, I got the invoice. It was some missunderstanding at the back office. BUT, I must say, they take any negative comment seriously and try their best to make every customer happy. Though, that little thing keeping me away for giving them perfect 10. May be next time .....

    York YCJD Air Conditioner

    York Air conditioner was installed by cosmopolitan at our house located in Markham. We are happy with Arif sales person. He was very through in explaining the new air conditioning to us. He gave us few choices for selecting the Air Conditioner. We went with york because it was up to 15 seers energy efficient. It is very quite Air conditioner.

    York Furnace and AC

    Nowadays it is very hard to find a good HVAC company. We found cosmopolitan through internet search. We found cosmopolitan stuff member very helpful. We got York Furnace and AC from cosmopolitan. The installation was great.

    Got Water Heater

    Arshad helped us yet again - this time with our hot water heater which broke down on the weekend. CMS is fast, reliable and always professional with your home's heating and cooling needs.

    New AC

    Air Conditioner was installed in our house by Fred and his helper. Air conditioner is working fine. Fred is very knowledge able and experienced installer. It took him around four hours to install the air conditioner at our house. We are very satisfied with fred workmanship.

    New York YJCD AC

    After the installation we have used our new York air conditioner installed by cosmopolitan mechs. The AC is very soft and quite. Air conditioner is giving us a lot of cold air we are happy with sales person Steve Youdwitch.

    Furnace

    Our old furnace got red tagged by direct energy. We searched the net and found cosmopolitan mechanical. We had Khuram came to our house for quote. He was on time. Our installer was mike. We are very satisfied with the work.
