    Amana Furnace

    We are delighted to write a positive review for Cosmopolitan. They have installed Amana two stage furnace at our house. Sales person Steve came to our house for the quote. He gave us very useful information about Amana furnace. We had furnace installed next day. Furnace is working excellent.

    New Furance

    Very satisfied with the work of cosmopolitan mechanical installers. Fred with his co worker came on time at our house. he finished the work on time. He explained everything very clearly to us. Specially he showed us how to use thermostate.

    Furnace

    Our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. We called cosmopolitan to give us estimate for new furnace. Sales person Steve came to our house. He gave us a resonable quote. Next morning installer Dave came to our house and installed the new furnace. We liked the installation. We are happy and satisfied with the work

    Amana furnace

    My old furnace broke down. I went on internet found cosmopolitan. We called them in the morning. Sales person EJ showed up with in an hour. he showed us different brand of furnaces. We end up buying Amana furnace. Amana high efficiency furnace is very quite. We are satisfied with there work. Great work done by the installer

    Excellent Response in Emergency Call

    My York furnace suddenly stopped working on Saturday afternoon. I was really worried because my wife was expecting a baby. I started searching Furnace repair companies on internet, called few of them but no one was able to come before Monday. I ended up searching Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. spoke with the services manager Sam who understood the urgency and was ready to help on the same day. Rafi visited my place in the evening and fixed my furnace. He also explained everything that was going on. I must say that these guys are Professionals who provide Great Services. I will definitely recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. to everyone and would specially like to Thank Sam for helping us in an emergency situation.

    Water Heater Installation

    We were looking for new water heater for a while. Our old water heater was not providing us enough hot water. Sales person steve came to our house and gave a quote for new hot watere heater. Steve was polite and knowledge able. We liked the way he explained everything to us. Finally we chose him for the installation. After the installtion we can say we received excellent service from cosmopolitan. We would recommend them to everyone.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace stopped working properly the other day, called up Cosmopolitan based on their reviews and they were able to schedule a repairman to come by that same afternoon. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable he was and he spent the time showing me what the issue was and spent additional time explaining how the furnace worked and what else to look out for in the future. In the end it was a simple fix, but I was very impressed with the level of service, knowledge and friendliness

    Furnace Replacement

    The furnace at my rental property died on the coldest weekend of the year, leaving my tenants without heat and in danger of frozen pipes. A call Sunday morning to Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services had a rep out to inspect the situation within a couple of hours. He helped me weigh the option of repairing or replacing the furnace. I decided to go with the replacement; for a little bit of extra cost, I would gain much more savings from a new high-efficiency furnace. The installation team was there at the crack of dawn the next day, with custom-fit duct connectors and a brand-new furnace. They removed the old furnace (and disposed of it so I wouldn't have to) and installed the new one within a few hours--on a Holiday Monday, no less, for no extra charge. I've replaced a furnace before at another rental property and have to say that Cosmopolitan's service and price are exceptional. I'm very satisfied with their work, and would work with them again.

    Great Contractor Experience

    We recently had services done in our home in regards to our heating and cooling system. As far as the contractor experience, punctuality and pricing goes; it was all great. Just found them to be pricey at the beginning as they were the first quote I had gotten in regards to this job. But to be honest, I wasn't really happy with some of the impressions that had been left by other contractors for this field. Most importantly, It is the installation that is very important in my eyes, and I always make sure I have chosen the right contractor I thought to myself, that the price package they made for myself was great, and had a strong feeling they would do a great job. And they did! Job was clean and was finished with a very clean touch. They made extra precautions to make sure nothing was hit, or damaged during the process of moving equipment. Khurram who was the rep., had stopped by midway to check if everything was going smoothly. I was very happy. I made sure I kept their card for any future needs in regards. Definately a well reputable company.

    Furnace stopped working

    Our furnace stopped working in recent sever cold weather, we reallized this on friday around 11:00pm. we called Cosmopolitan company and they scheduled next day visit. The technician (Mr Rafie) came the time it was supposed to come and fixed the issue in no time. very helpful and professional. We will definilty will call them and recommend this company to freinds and family. Thanks Rafie
