    Cosmopolitan Mechanicl Services is very caring and professional. I'm very pleased that they had my business. In particular I liked their post instalation availibity and the way they handle their customer service.

    A/C Installation

    In a hot day of summer my A/C stopped working. I wanted to fix or replace it thinking it will be expensive to get the job done quickly. Mr Arshad Shaikitt visited my house with no delay on my short notice on very late evening. My A/C was installed the very next day - at no extra cost.

    A/C

    I was looking for company to service my A/C, I searched this company on the internet and when I called them they came very next day with technician. They completed my job with professional manner. I am very happy of their work. I will use this company in future for any new installations!!

    A/C Maintenance

    Hasan was extremely professional and came fully prepared for the task at hand. He was very knowledgeable with impressive credentials to back his work. He was meticulous and detailed and provided full explanations of everything that was done. I would fully recommend him for any work and would call him for all future requirements.

    Humidifier

    I had used Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services for installation of a humidifier and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their service and promptness. Team Cosmopolitan Mechanical are fully confident of they they do. Its always good to work with people who know what they are doing. Excellent job!!!

    New Lennox 1.5 tn AC

    We recently decided to put in a central AC unit and contacted 5 companies to provide us with quotes. In the end we decided to go with Cosmopolitan (Khurram was our main contact) as they were friendly, answered all of our questions and provided us with a competitive quote without haggling. After we signed the contract we had Greg & Mike come in to install the unit, they were very friendly and professional individuals that walked me through what they were doing and provided me with an accurate timeframe in which they would be done. If you are looking for an AC unit I would recommend Cosmopolitan

    Installation of New Boiler

    Our house in Etobicoke is atleast 100 years old. The boilerroom is very small and packed. We invited total 6 contractors for the quotes of a retrofitting of an old and useless boiler and installation of new boiler. Our first quote was from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. Achief technician named Arshad came to our house and inspected the housewith hawk eyes. For first 45 minutes he was a silent listener. Then he started asking questions and I must say he asked all the right questions. Just very nature of his questions told me that I am dealing with very knowledgeable and seasoned person. After informative session, he quoted me one price and leftus. Four more contractors came after him and their prices were 30%to 50% higher than prices from Arshad and the last one simply refused todo a job due to extreme complex nature of it . We decided to go with Arshad and we are thrilled to see his expertise and his engrossment in a job. He started his job @ 9 am in the morning an dfinished it close to 8-30 pm. He did not even a take a coffee break at all. Atnight when he started the boiler , this is where I must not say that I am satisfied but impressed. Excellent Job Arshad !!!!. Thank you.

    Lennox Furnace, AC and I-Comfort Thermostat

    While I was looking for various HVAC contractors online I came across to Cosmopolitan Mechanical's Website. Called them at 8am in the morning Sam answered the call. I must say that this guy represent his company really well. Sam was very polite over the phone. I told him my needs and my budget. He was so helpful over the phone that one can only imagine. Sam suggested different brands and models. I then asked him if he can send the sales rep on the same day for the written quote because I wanted to replace my broken AC and an old Furnace ASAP. He understood the urgency and sent the sales guy within 2 hours (Now that was quick). Salesperson Paul inspected my complete house, spent more than one hour discussing the different options for furnace and AC, provided a written quotations and explained how they will do the installation. I chose Lennox product because of the efficiency, warranty and the rebate which Lennox was offering on furnace and AC both. Paul made sure that I’ve got the complete knowledge about the product and the installation. The way he was giving the presentation showed his years of experience in HVAC industry. Paul quoted me for Lennox SLP 98 Furnace and XC 17 AC. The price which he quoted was so much reasonable that I couldn’t reject and signed up the contract. Greg the installer came with his crew very next day, they were neat and clean. Once they started the work Arshad (the supervisor) came to our house so that he can check if everything is going smoothly or not. He gave me some useful tips of maintaining the new system which I’m sure will help in the future. Installers finished the work professionally and in timely manner. After the installation I received a call from Sam who was checking out our experience and the quality of work. He also informed that they will be filing the warranty and rebate papers. My overall experience with Cosmopolitan was outstanding and will definitely recommend this company to everyone who is looking for professionals to take care of their heating and cooling appliances.

    High efficiency Furnace and Air conditioner

    We called three companies to provide us quotes for a high efficiency furnace and A/C. We read so many good reviews about Cosmopolitan at Homestars, so we called them as well and settled with Khuram. I appreciated his honesty as he did not try to oversell me on my furnace or air conditioner as some other sales rep tried to do. Completely satisfied with the products and service from Cosmopolitan.

    Lennox XC14 A/C

    We are very satisfied with a complete installation done by Cosmopolitan. From initial request for quotes for an estimate to the actual installation, the whole team from was very professional, punctual and showed real workman ship. The Salesman Khurram provided us very reasonable quotes, along with a 10 years manufacturer parts and labour warranty on Lennox A/C Units. I really like their work and highly recommend Cosmopolitan to anyone who is looking for a professional A/C installation.
