    Lennox XC 17 A/C Installation

    Khurram Zaki came to our home to give us the quote. It is a brand new house and more than 4500 square feets. Khurram inspected the pre installation conditions thoroughly and recommended us number of Air Conditioners. He showed us different models and went over the pros of each of them. Our meeting last for almost one & a half hour and I found him very knowledgeable about Lennox and Ammana Brands. We had already told him that he was the first one to give us a quote and we had asked other companies to quote us as well. He respected our decision and was not pushy for sales at all. He gave us just one quote for every model and left us. After meeting other contracts we confidently decided to go with Khurram Zaki who sold us XC 17. Installers arrived right on time and did very neat and professional job. In the middle of the installation Engineer Arshad Shaikh showed up and inspected the job. Arshad is so knowledgeable that he answered many questions regarding furnace that we had already had and tankless water heater that we intend to buy (regardless the fact that we have not bought it from Cosmopolitan). After the job both Khurram and Arshad called us to see how our experience is and if we had any concern comment or question. We had none because our house feels very nice, pleasant and cool and we are more than satisfied with their project undertaking.

    Central Air Conditioning Unit Installation

    If you want to install Air Conditioner in your home, I would definitely recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. They provided me the best service & charged a very reasonable amount. The whole team from Sales to Installation was very professional and polite. They are dedicated to quality work. Thanks Cosmopolitan Team.

    XC-14 (2.5 Ton Installation).

    out of 4 quotes that I received, Khurram Zaki form Cosmopolitan Mechanical Service provided me the cheapest quotes for XC 14 2.5 ton. One Price and that is it. No bargaining or back and forth negotiations. However it is the installation job that I must say was amazing. Their Techs were right on time, fast and showed real workman ship. Mr Arshad Shaikh who was Energy Supervisor later came and monitored the work of technicians. He gave us answer of every single technical question that my husband had (who is also very tech savvy) with great attitude and patience. Thanks Folks. We are one satisfied customer.

    AMANA SSX 3 TON A/C

    I had this A/C installed in my home and was very pleased with the install and how quiet the unit is, I love the lifetimet compressor warranty it comes with! The sales rep Khrum was very knowledgeable and professional and was able answer all my questions. I am very happy with my A/C and am looking forward to the savings! I woudl defintiltey recommend Cosmopolitan to all my friends and family

    Furnace & air conditioner maintenance, service, & repair

    We have never received better service than HASAN ATHER recently provided! For nearly a decade we had our furnace and air conditioner serviced by various authorized Trane dealers (since these are both Trane products) and various other organizations, only to be disappointed almost every time. Then we found Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. on Homestars. After reading several reviews specifically concerning maintenance, servicing, and repair work done by them, we decided to call about the annual maintenance work to be done on our furnace and air conditioner and about having problems we were experiencing with the air conditioner addressed. Already our first contact with Cosmopolitan was impressive: When we started to provide our street name (which consists of 3 words), the person we spoke to completed the name before we could finish the 2nd word. He even knew our street, although it is only a very short cul-de-sac and we had not yet provided the area of the GTA in which we live! Then at the appointed time Hasan Ather arrived. And he provided unprecedentedly superior service to anything we have ever experienced as well as a very inexpensive solution to our air conditioning problem. He took a most personal interest in our situation and did all of the required work with a pride and care we had never experienced before. For Hasan this was not simply “a job”: He went far beyond the call of duty, as if he were doing the very best for himself and his own family. Just one example: After he was finished, our furnace and air conditioner sparkled like brand new for the first time in nearly 10 years... There is much more that could be mentioned. In short, everything was perfect. No one we have dealt with has ever done such a greatly superior job! And if the Homestars rating system permitted it, we would give Hasan in particular a resounding 20+++ out of 10 rating!!

    Description: A/C installation

    Khurram Zaki was the person who sold me XC-14 (3 ton) and I informed him in the beginning that I do not like to negotiate back and forth. I asked him to give me the best price first time as I had already shopped around.  I was thrilled when he told me the price and I placed order right away. I had one concern though that was taken care of so brilliantly that in the end I was nothing but extremely happy with their services. My concern was tight space and finished basement.  I had a very tight space and a finished basement.  they had to make a 2 X 2 HOLE in the finished wall. They installed the grill after finishing it and I was surprised to see the precision and finishing. It was excellent job. Technician name was Arshad Shaikh who took a his time but did a perfect job. He knew what he was doing and he was extremely focused on his task. In the end I can say, I am one very satisfied customer and I will sure recommend Cosmopolitan services to anybody.

    Lennox Bypass Humidifier

    We called Cosmopolitan as we have been experiencing uncomfort due to very dry air in our house during winter. Paul, Cosmopolitan sales person, explained with a psychrometric chart why we should go in for a humidifier to overcome this problem and offered a Lennox bypass humidifier for an optimum solution at a very reasonable price. Next day Dave, Cosmo installer came and did a neat installation. Thanks to Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc for their professionalism - both on sales and installation sides. We'll not hesitate to reccommend this company to anyone we know. Keep up your good work!

    AC Amana

    We know Arshad for last ten years. He installed furnace, Air conditioner, and water heater at our old house ten years ago. All those years we had no issue and problem with Arshad installation. This year we bought a brand new house from builder i n Hamilton. Builder did not install the air conditioner in the house. We end up calling Arshad again. He came to our house and suggested us Amana brand Ac. We went with his advice and got Amana brand ac from him. Price was very reasonable and we got the service we expected from him. We would definitely call him again for any other heating and cooling work.

    Repair on broken refrigerant seal

    After calling a number of companies around Toronto, Cosmopolitan was the only one to call us back. On the phone, Kevin made me feel confident in their abilities and was even able to give me an idea of cost. Being days away from a long weekend, I wasn't expecting to get anyone out to the house in a while but, much to my surprise, Dave came out the next day to take a look. Dave answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained the work he was doing every step of the way. He replaced the refrigerant that had leaked from the unit and made sure to check our filter, as well as the temperature in the house, before leaving. All told, it was great service at an amazing price.

    The Right Decision..

    I've been thinking of replacing my air conditioner for quite sometime, and i thought it was time to get my air conditioner replaced. I called different companies and as well as Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services. I found Cosmopolitan team members to be very professional. They gave me excellent quotes for the A/C, they installed the air conditioner in my house with an excellent service. I think that the technicians were knowledgeable, and flexible to the needs of the customer. I would strongly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Inc. to anyone who needs their air conditioner to be replaced.
