Cosmopolitan Mechanical's service was basically good. They came and quoted a Rheen HE furnace to qualify for my rebate. It was a decent price--actually, a very competitive price. We were concerned about replacing our old furnace because it was working so well and so quietly but it was over 30y/o so it was time, especially with the rebate program. CM replaced our furnace and added additional gas piping for future conversion of our electric water heater to gas. CM was quick at installation and could meet any schedule. I previously thought they didn't fall through on the little extras that were promised but apparently, that's just an issue my partner has with communication. CM has followed through on every single detail and promise. So sorry for the confusion!

Cosmopolitan installer Arshad and Dave were very professional. They installed Lennox furnace, Air conditioning, and tankless water heater in one day. The workmanship was very professional. We found this company after hour service very quick. They answered our call 10pm and night and solved our concern.

It was saturday night when our 15 years old rental waterheater tank broke down. We called the rental company and they gave us the time next business day for the installation of new water heater. We researched around and decided to go with Tankless Waterheater. We called several companies for the quote. Sales person Kam from Cosmopolitan Mechanical came to our house on saturday morning for the estimate. After the inspection he gave us a very usefull advice about our 20 years old furnace and Tankless Waterheater. He also told us that we can get rebates on the new furnace and Tankless Waterheater at the same time. After looking and the options available to us we decided to change both Furnace and Waterheater. We took Kam advice and booked the installation for sunday morning. Installaion team of Fred and Dave came to our house for the installation. They spent about 8 to 9 hours and finished the job very neatly. We got very quite Lennox SLP98 Furnace and Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. So far very reliable products. I am quite satisfied with cosmopolitan Team and call them again for any heating and cooling needs.

Sales person Paul from Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services came to our home for the estimate. He explained everything very thoroughly. Next day the installation crew of Fred and Arshad came to our house and did a very nice job. We are very happy with the cosmopolitan work and services.

Cosmopolitan installed lennox SLP98 furnace and Lennox AC at our home. It was such a positive experiance. We found the team of Cosmopolitan very honest and reliable. There quote was very resonable. The Cosmopolitan team was great!. From the Sales Advisor to the Technicians and Customer Service team. They came on time, cleaned when they were finish and walked us through what they have completed. They called us back right a way when needed and answered all our questions. The Lennox machines they recommended are quiet and met expectations. There were no extra hidden costs, and I paid exactly what was on the estimate paper. The price was a bit more than some other contractor, but it was worth it for high quality Lennox equipment and professional work. The installation was very difficult due to tight space. However, Dave and Peter worked around it very well, and finished the job very neatly and on time. They did cleaned up after the job was finished. I waited about a month to make sure everything is working nicely before posting a review. So far I am very happy with the Cosmopolitan mechanical Service installation of new Lennox furnace and Ac. In fact, Furnace is more quite than I expected. Heat distribution in all rooms is better than before. It was very good experience and a job well done. I would highly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical as their service is second to none !
