We had a drain blockage at midnight the night before the kids were to return to in-person school in January 2021. We're were in a tough spot. On a referral from my neighbour, Jason stopped by on short notice and cleared my drain when another provider couldn't so we could remain in the home. He gave me a straight, fast and honest assessment of what needed to be done. Not an easy job. Jason's and his team came through and fixed the problem in a few days. We were grateful and relieved. Great job!

I was replacing a dishwasher with a new one. A reconfiguration of the hot water line and waste line was required to accept the new machine and there was a small leak that required immediate repairs. Expess Rooter was the first to respond. Express Rooter came within 3 hours and fixed the leak, replaced the shutoff and adjusted the waste pipe fairly quickly. He did an excellent job and tested the line before he left. He provided excellent instructions of what to do after the new dishwasher was installed and before I had the exposed pipes closed up.

Emergency repair of a broken shower valve was completed expediously. The plumber arrived the same day of the request and the repair was completed to my satisfaction. The plumber was very kind and courteous. He arrived wearing his mask (covid) and wore protective shoe coverings at all time. We had a good experience and would use them again for future repairs and renovation work.

Called for kitchen sink drain clogging issue with a service call scheduled for the next morning. Technician showed up in the first hour of the 2 hour booking window, explained the best way to ensure the drain stays clear, type of cleaner to use, ran a couple of test drains and said pipes did not need to be snaked. All for no charge. Will definitely call for future plumbing issues.

Whenever we've used Bradshaw we've been pleased with the service. A technician named Mike was here last week for a fall tuneup of our 4-year-old furnace. I told him about a small problem with it coming on in the morning, so he spent a lot of extra time figuring it out. He said our furnace wasn't draining water from the humidifier properly, but he thought he'd fixed it. What I liked is that he said the problem may persist, and if it does, call us and have to come back and do a much deeper dive to get to the bottom of it. A good combination of honesty about how far he could go on the service call, and reassurance that he could fix it if it happened again.

I had a leaking pipe under my hot water tank and a basement shower with little to no flow and handle that didn’t function properly. Juri got right to work and quickly and efficiently fixed both. He knew exactly what the problems were and how to fix them. He was professional, neat and knowledgeable.

Great job. Set me up w a Restoration company also as my basement was flooded w sewage. They cleared the blockage 70’ in front of my house. Not all plumbing companies have long enough equipment to do this.

Express Rooter Plumbing provided fast service, they left the work area clean and the work was done well. I will use Express Rooter Plumbing again next time for any of my plumbing needs.

Called a few plumbers for an emergency backed up condo kitchen sink .. no one could offer me as prompt service as I received with express rooters plumbing .. they are courteous and patient on the phone and when Tony arrived he explained that problem originated with another unit .. long story short he talk to The propert manager for me and the property manager took care of the other suite responsible ..best part is my sink is fine now and mr express rooters didn’t charge me a penny for the visit even !! thank thank you !!

My basement back door drain was clogged and when it rained it would leak and water would seep into my house. To solve this, I had a makeshift awning in place but it was time to resolve this problem once and for all. Tony came out and was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and possible issues once they excavated. He was able to provide a solution and the work was completed timely and there were no extra surprises.
