Our home inspector suggested we look into installing a backwater valve at our property to avoid drain backups into our basement. We called several plumbing companies for quotes on the job. Jason from Express Rooter Plumbing arrived and gave us the best price. Within a couple of days, Jason arrived with some workers to open up our basement and install the backwater valve. They worked quickly and we were amazed at how clean they left the job when they were finished. I will be using Express Rooter for my plumbing work in the future.

Called Express Rooter to snake my main drain pipe. It ended up being clogged with tree roots. Problem fixed same day. Plumber showed me camera footage and made suggestions to replace a section. Same plumber (Yuri) came back to replace master shut off valve, great work. Was easy to coordinate and schedule times over the phone. Accomodating. Would highly recommend.

I initially emailed another plumber for a quote, only to get a reply saying they couldn't do the job - unbelievable! So I turned to Express Rooter, who I dealt with before, and should have just stuck to them from the get go. I talked to John who pulled up my file and booked an appointment for me right away, and was good enough to even find an older quote they had provided - a quote they still honoured despite the elapsed time. John kept me up-to-date on the arrival of the plumber, despite a delay, and always kept me in the loop. Tony came and did an impeccable job, gave some tips, and even went out of his way to get extra needed parts. I won't waste time calling anyone else, I recommend Express Rooter 100%.

Our kitchen sink and first floor bathroom would not drain and were backing up. We found ExpressRooter Plumbing on Homestars and called them for an appointment. Yuri and Tom arrived the same day and discovered that we had a blockage in the the bottom of the stack leading to our main sewer. They arrived the next morning and replaced a section of the drain in the basement and below the basement floor. They were very quick, very clean and very polite. We have not had a problem with our drains since. Good job!

We had a slow leak from the kitchen sink pipe that unfortunately we didn't discover until the ceiling in the finished rec room below started staining and peeling away. (We don't go there often.) Found Express Rooter here on HomeStars the same evening, called and were able to get Vlad to replace the broken section the next day. The office was polite and prompt and Vlad was great. Not only did he do the repair well without a mess, but gave us some valuable advice about how to keep the drains clean. Will use again if necessary and recommend highly.

We had a backup in our basement and found ExpressRooter Pumbing on Homestars. Their office staff was very helpful and arranged to have Tony come out to see us the same afternoon. He ran a camera inspection and found roots in our drain, which had also shifted. Tony arranged to have the gas company come and mark where the gas lines are and once that was done, he attended with a crew and replaced a section of our sewer pipe. The repairs were all done in a single day and the men were very careful and left our outside very clean. I would recommend using this company to others.

I have used ExpressRooter Plumbing for years now. No matter which plumber they send, they are always friendly, informative and clean. My last appointment was with Tony, who replaced the valves in my laundry room for my washing machine. When the installer went to turn off the valves, they wouldn't close completely. Tony arrived quickly and managed to get the job done the very same afternoon. Thank you Tony!

My mother called me to let me know that her basement was flooded with dirty water. I went to take a look and sure enough, there was sewage coming out of the floor drain of her furnace room. I found ExpressRooter on the internet and arranged a visit from Jason. Jason arrived very quickly did an inspection of the drain with his camera equipment, and managed to clear the blockage. He showed us that there were breaks in the drain under my mother’s basement flooramd that we would have the problem again. He left a quote for us to excavate in the basement and replace the damaged section of drain. We called the office back later in the day and told them we would like to move ahead with the work. Jason arrived the next day with some men to do the excavation. They worked into the evening so that my mother would have the use of her drain again. They replaced the section of drain, laid new concrete and did a nice job on the clean up. I was very impressed with the speed and cleanliness of the work. I’m glad I called ExpressRooter.
