I have used ExpressRooter for small jobs in the past, and I was always pleased with their work. When I decided to finish my basement I thought I’d try them on a larger job. The technician, Tony, arrived and listened to all my plans. Within a couple of days, I had a firm estimate to replace the main stack, rough in a new bath, kitchen and laundry room. Once I decided to move ahead, Tony and the crew showed up the next day. He finished the job within the next couple of days, and returned after my renos were done to install all of the fixtures. Tony seems to know everything there is to know about plumbing. He is friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Tony and ExpressRooter plumbing for jobs big and small!

We had a bathtub ceiling leak. Mark came to our home and completely explained what had happened and why. He provided us with an amazing level of service and solved the issue. We appreciated his sense of humor as well! We would recommend them to anyone.

I had to do some DYI work in my basement bathroom. As there were no shutoff valves for the toilet and sink, I went to turn off my main shutoff for the house. When I attempted to turn it off, it started to leak. I called ExpressRooter who advised I contact the city to turn off our water outside so they could replace the valve. They booked off some time for me and told me to call when the city had arrived to turn off the water. When the city arrived I called the back and they sent a plumber right away to replace the valve. They waited for the city to turn the water back on the make sure everything was fine. While they were there I got them to install shutoff valves for the basement bathroom. I really appreciate them working to my schedule (and the city’s schedule) to minimize our downtime. I will be calling them again

I live an hour and a half north of Toronto where getting reliable and committed plumber is rather difficult. When I called Expressrooter, office administrator, Craig, answered all my questions and gave 3 time window options for me to consider. Service technician arrived as scheduled and got to work immediately. Septic tank was emptied, inspected and drain system checked with video camera. I received full report, USB stick with photos and video recording, more than what I anticipated to be honest. I really appreciate service. Thank you Expressrooter.

We had a bad leak and ExpressRooter was fantastic. It was a weekend but a plumber was there within an hour; he did an excellent job for a fair price.

My kitchen drained was clogged. Called Expressrooter plumbing and a plumber was sent to my house. After he did the snaking for $395.50, my drain was hardly flowing. The plumber told me that to resolve the problem that they will need to do high pressure wash but to get a more permanent solution that there was needed to excavated and break my walls to install new drain pipes and I was going to be responsible for installing back any broken tiles and walls. This was to cost $6630 before taxes! Also, I found out that the plumber broke my under sink pipe which started leaking. Thank God, I decide to google the problem. I realized that all it needed was just the high pressure wash. The new plumbers I called just re-snaked and did the high pressure wash. And they charged me for the job plus new pipes that other plumber broke and a new clean out installation (which was done in a closet space) a total of $900 before taxes. That was a huge saving of about $5000!!!! My advice...research your plumbing problems before calling in a plumber. So, no, I will NOT recommend expressrooter plumbing

We had used your company almost two years ago for some sewer work and were very happy with the job. When it came time to install a sump pump we called on your company again. We did have other companies come in and quote as well with some being similar in price and a few being substantially more. We decided based on our previous good experience we would use your company once again. We waited approximately a week and a half from the time we were quoted to the time the work was done, which worked out perfectly so we could adjust our work schedules to be home. So today, Jason arrived along with two plumbers to start the installation. Jason was great and explained everything and the two gentleman got to work. In less than 4 hours the work was completed. They tested the machine, it worked perfectly. They showed us the equipment and made sure we were happy with it. Priod to them starting, I was anticipating a mess with the concrete being broken up and the dirt taken out, but prior to starting they laid down blankets and when we went down to look at the finished product they had cleaned up the area beautifully. There was no dirt, no dust, nothing. We would strongly recommend Express Router to anyone who needs sewer work or a sump pump installed.

We recently had a new granite countertop installed in our kitchen. The granite folks attached the undermount sink for us but told us we'd need a plumber to install the faucet and drains. They recommended ExpressRooter Plumbing. We called and made an appointment (the dispatcher told us to wait until two days after the sink was installed) and the plumber showed up right on time! Within a couple of hours we had a fully operational sink. The plumber was quick, friendly and cleaned up the area after. I will use ExpressRooter again.

My elderly mother's toilet had stopped working. It was one thing after another. We called ExpressRooter to come out to see if they could fix it. After discovering the toilet was 40 years old, the plumber recommended we go out and get a new one. Once we got the toilet, we called back and he came out to install it for us. My mom had a special raised seat on the old toilet that he removed and installed on the new toilet at no extra charge! After all was said and done, he also offered a 10% senior discount, and we hadn't even asked for it. You don't see customer service like this much anymore.
