We run a manufacturing facility in an industrial area. Our women’s washroom was always plagued with backups. This was happening on a weekly basis. We contacted the ExpressRooter office and Marcin came out to camera the drain lines from the bathroom. As it turned out, our main sewer line has a negative slope and would require extensive reconstruction. Marcin prepared quotes for us with different cost options to remedy the problem. Once we decided to move ahead, Marcin and his crew arrived and spent a full day and well into the evening to get the work done. We are now problem free for the first time in years, after countless visits from other plumbing companies. We should have called ExpressRooter in the first place and saved ourselves a lot of headaches and wasted dollars.

At the phone I was told the cost would be 250. When the plumber came said it was 363 + tax. It looked expensive to me but I wanted to fix the problem so I trusted they were charging Market price more or less so I authorized the work. It took 10 minutes to put the snake and unclogged the drain. NO BIG ISSUE AT ALL. After wards when he left I did the research I should have done before to see what other similar companies charge for such a simple work and 3 out of 4 gave 180+tax and the fourth 200 + tax. I called the company to express my complaint and I was told my case was going to be forward to the manager and to expect a call from him which I received. They recognized there was a mistake and to credit me for 180 + tax . It's good to count with a company like this that recognizes when there is an issue . The Job Perfect and done clean and very professionally.

My shower had started to drain very slowly. The water would fill up the bottom of the shower until it overflowed out the bottom of the shower door. I called ExpressRooter Plumbing and they sent Tony over within the hour. Not only did Tony get the drain running, he gave me tips on how to prevent it getting clogged again. While he was there I asked him to look at the toilet which had stopped flushing correctly. It would always need to be flushed twice. Tony replaced some of the parts in the tank and it was like having a new toilet! I will definitely call ExpressRooter again if I need a plumber.

Due to the great HomeStars ratings we called Express Rooter for plumbing help. Couldn't be more pleased. We had tried to repair a cartridge in a leaking shower faucet and it was ceased. When trying to loosen it the pipe broke in the wall causing a leak to our basement. We turned off the water and went in search of help. I literally had to ask them to wait to come so we could go buy the new faucet first! Chris was here within 45 minutes, he gave us a quote from the book based on the work needed to be done then he started the work. He was very professional, quick and very pleasant, he also wore little booties to protect our home - I appreciated that. We will definitely use Express Rooter again.

My neighbour recommended ExpressRooter to me after a drain backup. Jason came out and did a camera inspection and said that I should remove my outside trap and replace about a 5 foot section of pipe. As my house is getting quite old and I didn’t want to deal with any more issues I asked him how much it was to replace the entire line. He gave me 2 quotes and I decided to have the entire line replaced. He also explained he could install a back water valve and I could get a rebate back from the city. When the dig crew was on site and had excavated for the new drain, one of the fellows on the crew pointed out that my water service was lead pipe! I called Jason back in and he gave me a fantastic deal on a new water service as the hole was already open. The crew was quick and clean. Good job.

My sump pump was broken and I was experiencing some flooding. My insurance co was slow to take action but as soon as ExpressRoooter was assigned, they were here and fixed the problem within 2 hours. Thanks John!!

I had several small plumbing issues that I had planned on tackling myself but never seemed to get around to. When the list could no longer be ignored I decided to call someone in to handle the work. I found ExpressRooter Plumbing on Homestars and called them based on the reviews. Tony arrived the next day and I gave him a walk-through of all of my tasks. He helped me prioritize the tasks (those that needed immediate attention, and those that could wait) and set about doing the most important first. He got all of the important work done over a couple of days and left it up to me to get him back in to do the rest. I called a couple of weeks later, he showed up the next day and now all of my plumbing concerns are dealt with to my complete satisfaction! These guys (and especially Tony) are great!

I live in a condo in downtown Toronto and got a notice from management that there was a leak from my bathroom down to the unit below. I called ExpressRooter Plumbing to come in and check out the problem. They sent a plumber the same day who determined that the problem was with the cartridge in my shower faucet. Unfortunately, the plumbing hardware was from Italy and the plumber did not carry that brand with him. He offered to source the part for me. I got a call from the ExpressRooter head office within a couple of days saying that the plumber had found the part and was available any time that was convenient for me to come back in and install the part. We arranged for later that very day. The plumber came right on time and the problem was fixed in no time!

When we discovered that our shower faucet was leaking into the unit below, we called ExpressRooter. They were punctual, gave us an upfront price (which they stuck to) and explained what work was required. The problem was resolved quickly at a fair price. The plumber was professional and informative. I would recommend ExpressRooter to anyone looking for a good, reliable plumber at a fair price.

Extremely happy with service . They were fast and honest. They didn't try to upsell or manufacture problems like others in industry. I really appreciated that Tony was honest upfront. He did a great a job ... quick and reasonable price ... in the end I only needed the sump pump cleaned out. Another company told me it was broken and that it would cost up to $2000. I would recommend again ...
