Our salesman Jason was AMAZING. He explained everything and went out of his way to give us the best deal possible!! He expedited the engineered drawings that we got them ASAP. Totally satisfied with this company!!

We ordered the shop last year and we have finally put it all together. The plans arrived early and we confirmed we could build this building on our property. We even made it longer than originally planned. John Wilson was exact in what to expect from them and what was expected from us. John in shipping made sure all was accounted for and once the pad was ready, the build was easy. I got lots of motivation, help and planning from the boss/wife! I would now feel comfortable building these for others, if only I had the time. The shop is almost ready to work in and the compliments from the neighbours keep coming. We will send pics once we are 100% done. Thank you again Future Steel for making this all possible.

Purchased 20x20 building - 3 sides from local friend who did not erect yet and was not needing building now and wanted to expand and modify the building . To do this i needed to purchase a number of metal sections from you and have the 4th wall customized for my needs. From the first call all 4 of the staff i spoke to were quick , friendly and knowledgeable to assist me and got me to Ross. Ross is outstanding in every way you could imagine. You are blessed to have such a person . He needs to be promoted ....Thank you Ross for your help. I makes this project work perfectly .Duaine Hamilton

I wouldn’t buy from them again. I told them I wanted a 10 x 20 storage shed. They repeatedly assured me that the type of building they were recommending was legal in my area. NOT! Once I made a deal they insisted on delivery right away said that I would have to pay a storage fee if I didn’t take it immediately. They didn’t send me the blue prints to submit for a permit until weeks after delivery. Oops city denied the permit. The city says that type of building is not allowed in Residential Windsor ON Canada I called many times to discuss the issue. They kept saying that they would talk to someone about it but refused to give me the name and number of their manager. They usually didn’t call back. They kept putting me off. They refused to give any refund. Finally I told them I would give them bad reviews on social media, complain to the BBB and take them to small claims court.The sales guy said to go ahead because “we’re not giving you anything” And by the way don’t believe their ad about supporting frontline workers. They are fully aware that I am a frontline hospital worker and retired military. They don’t care who they screw over. They don’t stand behind their word. They also blocked me from leaving any comments on their adds. I guess they don’t like it when the truth comes out. Now I am out 4K. They told me to go sell it on Kijiji. Don’t buy from Future Buildings.

The building was delivered close to estimated delivery date. The engineered drawings could have been sent out earlier as they were supposed to. This held up my construction of the foundation

Right from the time i called and contacted Mark to the delivery of my future building shop has been nothing but a positive experience. Mark answered every question he could and if he could not he put me in touch with the people that could. From ken whos always ready to answer my questions to Beatrice and Charlene on dispatch who kept me informed of the delivery times and what i needed to do to be fully prepared to Joe the truck driver who constently let me know were he was and what his time line was. EXCELLENT Service and my Wife and I thank you and we are excited to get started on are project within the comming weeks were i plan to document the whole procedure on the build from the ground up. Mike, the customer service rep was so professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It was such a pleasure dealing with Future buildings, right from the initial contact to the purchase and finally the delivery. All three persons that I interacted with were great. Mike is a definite asset to this company. I wish all including the company a fantastic 2020

Hallie (ext 272) was an excellent rep, she responded to email and phone quickly and efficiently. All phases of the project proceeded on time and delivery went without a hitch. We were quite surprised at the quality of the kit with it's heavy gauge steel and corrosion resistant coatings. These piece were heavy, we were only able to move two or three pieces at a time. Over all a great experience.

Well organized, good communication and building was shipped and delivered on time Kyle was easy to deal with and prompt on answering any questions I had.

Bought a 25 x 32 x 13 high steel garage. Very satisfied. Easy to build. Excellent quality. Fast delivery. Was very hesitant in buying a mail-order building. No regrets at all. No surprises. Everything I ordered was received. Any questions I had, their tech support had the answers. Highly recommended.
